I usualy do not have anything good to say about contractors, but I feel compelled to let people know that I was treated exceptional, and was overall pleased, I had a few Contractors come to my home, none as professional as Climate Doctors, they made me feel as though they cared, not just trying to score a buck, I had done some research and these guys were right on que, they know the info and they want to help, I told them I am on a "BUDGET" who is not? anyways, they delivered a fair price, and a dang good job, even cleaned up SPOTLESS after they were done, I could see that that work was very hard, the attic was 145deg, and these guys did what was needed, they even were extreemly thankful for the drinks I had provided, to be honest as I was watching them do the work I kind of felt guilty, I had made the pitch that I could do it myself, I sure am glad that I had them do it and they left me with a good feeling, I would recommend these guys, they have a good sense of humor even though the jow was bad, I give them a 10. db

I usually don’t do reviews. I had a great experience with climate doctors in Richardson and I thought I would share. I THOUGHT my air ducts needed cleaning. I called up climate doctors to schedule a quote and they offered to perform a FREE energy audit with no strings attached. They showed up and were straight up honest and told me my air ducts were fine and did not need cleaning. They also performed the free energy audit and told me what I could do myself to make my home more energy efficient. They even told me what to buy at Home Depot and how to install it myself. This was all done for free without me committing to any work from them. I was so impressed with them that I went ahead and had lifetime insulation blown into my attic. They showed up on time and were very professional. I believe the insulation will pay for itself within a year through the reduction of my heating/cooling bills. There is also a federal tax credit available right now which made this deal a no brainer.

My wife and I recently had an energy audit done by Climate Doctors, and they made a series of suggestions that we could do ourselves to reduce heating and cooling loss, stating that the only thing they needed to to do was blow in insulation to R49 depth. They said that many homes benefit from a radiant barrier as well, but due to our unusual roof configuration, a radiant barrier might not be cost effective. I crunched the numbers and sure enough, a radiant barrier probably would result in a cost savings of less than $7 a month. It would take forever to pay off at that rate. We were very happy just blowing in 18 inches of insulation in the attic. Climate Doctors are honest, prompt, and they do their job very efficiently.

I called them after my electric bill reached $500. They were refered to me by a friend and they were very professional and highly informative. They even showed me how to save money on my own. They provided an audit and showed me all the ways I was losing and wasting energy. I ended up doing the insulation, radiant barrier and attic vents. The first full month after the install my bill was cut in half!!! They also showed me how to get the Tax credit and I am on track to save about $1,400. I highly recommend them and will to provide a referance. Thanks guys!

Years of unresolved HVAC issues *finally* resolved after Paul’s team of Angel and Jesse spent 12 hours replacing rusted, filthy ductwork and debris in the crawl space of our 1953 ranch home. No more smell, no more allergies. Pricing was fair, quality was high, service was top-notch. 5* from the initial audit to the detailed quote (Angel came out and spent an hour under the house) to the work itself which included duct cleaning, sealing, and return duct replacement. Only nit is that we didn’t know they did not haul away the removed debris.

I had a big problems with dust in my house.I called Climate Doctors out to clean my Air Ducts.They came out,not only did they clean my ducts,my ducts were found to have mold,a lot of mold.They took care of the dust and mold,fogged the vents so that the mold would not return.They discovered the dust and mold was due to leaky ducts,they repaired the ducts and they also replaced my dryer vent.Cleaned up, as though they had never been here,spotless.They did a really good job. We called Climate Doctors this morning and by noon we had a crew working! Darryl and Brandon were prompt, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. They had to access a difficult attic area to reconnect the duct and did so with no problems. They even put our appliances back in place when the job was completed. We contacted them solely because of online reviews, and they did not disappoint. We would gladly use Climate Doctors again.

My clothes dryer was taking forever to get my clothes dry. I was thinking something was wrong with the machine but it turned out that my dryer vent was clogged. I called Climate Doctors and spoke to Paul. He told me he could clean my dryer vents for me and would also give a free energy audit for my home. He showed up on time was clean an ver professional. Will call again when I am ready to move forward with the radiant barrier.

The initial consultation was very quick and easy (did it all before work) and then the insulation guys that blew insulation in were quick and the guys who came to clean out my air ducts were really great and very gentlemanly. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. Also the lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and called ahead of time with directions for the day.

Fair on the pricing but terrible communication. I agreed to have my house serviced but their guys came and left without giving me a reason. It took me 3 calls to their office to get someone to tell me why they left. When I attempted to reschedule they didnt even have the decency to call me back nor follow up. They are not a company that stands behind their word.

Great company service, they arrived on time, professional employees. They went to work on cleaning the dryer vent, where a problem was found. A Net was over the vent so the flow was not going through, Darrell was able to cut the net correcting the flow. I will be calling them back to place a new dryer vent on the roof.

My dryer vent sensor was blinking red. Tech diagnosed the problem quickly (chicken wire had not been removed during attic vent installation). He removed the wire which was clogged with lent and confirmed dryer air flow was at the appropriate level.
