Enclosed our patio for us. Got the info from Home Depot and made the call. Salesman was responsive to our request for a quote and provided good information. Moreover, the price was HALF what another well-known company quoted for the same work. They took care of every detail, including all permits. Samantha, in the local office, was great and a pleasure to work with during the planning phase. Andrew, the installer, was on time, dependable and meticulous; a very experienced contractor who ran an efficient team. The product, i.e., walls and doors, are sturdy and well-built and according to the salesman and Andrew should be maintenance free except for occasionally spraying off the pollen (which should be no surprise to South Central Texans). Overall very good experience.

They delayed our project several times, firing and hiring different people, we had two holes put in our ceiling, our toilet was thrown out and they had to take time to replace it, they ruined our carpet and did not offer to clean it (we had to ask them to put down covers because it did not occur to them), and the bathroom looks like toddlers painted it. It almost took two months to do a simple bathroom remodel. I just wanted them out of my house. But some things started to break months ago and we have called and called and no one returns our calls to make an appointment to fix these things. Complaint has been filed to the BBB.

This company is a rip-off they have charged my credit cards for work that has not even been started people beware i assumed because they were advertising in the homedepot they would be an honest company but they are a scam. I was not even aware i was charged until i tried using my credit card and it was declined so i call and this company has maxed out my credit card. They send someone for consultation i didnt notice he was writing down the credit card information down as i was.. Sneaky thieves..

Met a representative at Home Depot it is a big scam! Today they offered a 10% off the bathroom remodel along with a $500 discount card on Approved Home Depot Services Installed. We arranged for an in house estimate. The company called us about 40 minutes after setting up an appointment and told us this offer has a starting amount of $15K. I am not a contractor; however, I know what we needed to have done should not even cost for than $7K if that. Buyer beware!

It is not a SCAM, this is an honest business whom I was employed for 8 months before I got my real estate license. I was a representative at Home Depot. Depending on how much the client gets approve on finance, then yes it may take long or short time. I am very grateful for my Supervisor in San Antonio who gave me this opportunity to learn the aspect of home renovations. This open the door to my real estate career.

They did a wonderful job and remodeled our bathroom beautifully. It took longer than we would have liked, it was over a month before they even began and three weeks to finish, but the result is well worth it! The workmanship is excellent!
