We got solar panels from this company in May of 2016. We also had them put foam insulation into our attic. The foam turned out to be 6 MO expired, who knows what it is doing, or if it is even what we paid for. Finally got my panels installed in July and turned on two weeks later. September 29th 2017 my panels quit working! I have been trying to get them fix and just get the run around, being told it takes time to get an appointment. I was told my electric bills would be around $40 a month, I still have $200 a month bills! I have gone to the BBB , with no luck! So now I have a $300 payment for panels that are not working. By the way this is the THIRD name this company has had in a year!! It has gone from Global Efficient Energy, to Envismart, to Enviro solar! Really thinking it us time to get a lawyer! Stay as far away from them as you can! And yes they stop answering emails, phone call and cut off all communication when things go wrong!

I went to their office to speak to someone about solar in general. I spoke with 2 or 3 of their sales reps about solar. I felt like I was buying a used car. They were very unprofessional and I felt as if they did not care about what I was looking for. They just wanted to make a sale. They are straight commissioned sales reps and there is a high turnover for the employees. I did not buy from them and I started looking elsewhere.

one star is 100% more than this company deserves. Over two years with the product, several thousands of dollars spent, many unanswered calls and emails to address issues for the products installed that have not resulted in any positive results as originally sold to us. I would be open to joining a class action law suit if one is available. I highly recommend not using this company.

They sent out a guy to show us all the ways we can improve our home to insure lower energy cost but also add some more value to our property. Certainly was a pleasant experience for us. We can see that they have made corporate changes to better the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Called to inquire about solar energy and renewable energy in general. They were super knowledgeable!! Answered all my questions and even shared some valuable energy tips with me. I didn’t end up getting solar but I was impressed with how great the staff was even though I didn’t buy anything. I can tell they are eager to educate homeowners about renewable and more efficient energy!

Sales and installation went well but as soon as I released the money from the finance company they stopped answering the phone or returning my calls. I tried to stop by their listed address in Fort Worth but it was closed. As I was leaving I noticed that they seem to have just moved a block down to 2422 Gravel Dr. However, that office also appears to be closed.

The staff member that I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and the price was well within my budget, so I am a happy camper.

Was set up as energy audit on house and to see federal help was available. Was told new windows was not best way to save on energy bills. Tried to sell solar panels that cost 14,000 as way to save, but I would have cut down large trees that shade my house!

Way over charge, no follow up after installation. Installed solar system n system does not work. Bad custom service, no one answer the phone nor return calls. Try to reach them for over six months..........long story, just bad biz, bad people. Watch out.

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. BEWARE of this company and their sales practices. They are well rehearsed and have trouble telling the truth about anything. Sales staff will say whatever they have to, to make the sale.
