Sunny Service was the first to call back for my inquiry. They were very thorough in their assessment of my a/c issues, and reviewed the details with me, allowing for any questions. Their guarantees, policies, and warranties were very comparable to others, and surpassed or offered more in some of the categories. They estimate was slightly higher than others, but they came out and matched once they reviewed the other estimates. Because we had no air over the weekend the representative drove back to the office after business hours to get us a portable a/c. The installation was efficiently completed and the workers were very respectful and took care to keep the area as clean as possible. They also did a thorough clean once the project was complete. I am calling them again to service my heat before winter sets in! I definitely recommend this company to any person looking for a/c service.

Sunny Service provided us with a fantastic experience. Starting from the office personelle, they were very kind and helpful in setting the appointment keeping our crazy schedule in mind. They also followed up with us to let us know exactly when the technician would be there. We did not have to sit around for hours wondering when they would be here. When Kyle the tech got to our house, he was friendly and considerate. I loved that he put on booties before coming in. We requested a tune up since we have an older unit.he let us know what would be needed in the future , which is nice knowing there is no surprises. It was a great price for giving us that piece of mind. Thanks for making it such a easy experience and I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

My AC went out Friday night, Saturday comes and i could not get a hold of any company to come check it. Just when i thought no one would call me, Sunny Services called. They where her at the promised time and in just 20 mins my AC was working again. Kyle knew what he was doing and found the problem with the AC in a matter of seconds. I feel like the replacement part (a capacitor) was a little over priced, but the price includes installation and the convenience of on the spot repair. Good service overall. I called ahead to make sure they understood that our system was a little complicated and the tech still needed to call for assistance. Not a major deal but it happened. Took out two Honeywell EIMs and Thermostats and replaced them with Ecobees.
