When I was injured in an accident at no fault of my own and I contacted this law office because I heard it was the best. In the beginning the one paralegal I had never returned my calls. The next paralegal I had did wonders. She returned my calls in a timely manner. I worked with Mr. Katt and he helped me get a decent settlement. Just be warned that they take a good portion of your share. This I expected but they take money out of postage, and for faxing you items. When I moved and I had to make trips back I was not reimbursed for my travel expenses, or even using the fax machine (which I had to pay a place to accept the faxes they sent and pay to send whatever they needed faxed back). Overall it was a somewhat decent experience.

Back in Feb I was in a head on car accident totaling my truck, where the lady that hit me head on was at fault, even the poilce report states she was, the next day someone from the office came to my house to review my case. Her insurance offered me $900 for my injuires, the lawfirm told me to deny, as if they could do better. I had non life threating injuries and missed two days of work. After 5 months im told her insurance is denying the case, and it is not a big enough case for this lawfirm to take to court. So now i get absolutely nothing for medical bills and the work i missed. WHAT A JOKE! I would not recommend this lawfirm to anyone.

I have never been so impressed with any law firm in the 64 years of my life. I contacted them on behalf of my family who were involved in an automobile crash. My father who is 92 and his only caregiver (my sister) were hit from behind while at a complete stop awaiting red light. To sum it up they were very lucky to be alive as their vehicle was a complete loss. I contacted the law firm and within hours they were on the case and helping my family and giving them such amazing advise and took over from there. What a bunch of liars! It starts with "Available 24 hours", but all you get is a girl at a temp agency answering phones! And it goes down hill from there until years later when they eventually try to talk you into accepting a low ball offer from the insurance company. Buyer beware!
