Evicting a Tenant / Renter I will and have highly recommended Brian services. If you are like me and in a position of not knowing where to turn and are Googling for help, stop here and call Brian. I have been renting out a room in my home, where I also live, for over 12 years. I felt secure in my legal standing with my signed documents that I require from my renters. My last renter decided he wanted to live at my home for free. I took action immediately with my 3 day notice. The renter was non-responsive. I went to on-line lawyer sites, found help and paid for their advice, to which the police and sheriff departments told me they could not enforce these California codes. Not knowing any lawyers who specialize in evictions, I Googled Brian. His office was local and he could see me immediately. He looked over my documents and saw there was a small omission, and for free, recreated a new document for me. If it did not work, Brian would move forward, which I had to do. Brian kept me informed weekly, with the status of the filing and what to expect. Because this individual was in my home where I lived, I was nervous, afraid they would try to retaliate or get violent. Brian was available by phone 24/7. With Brian’s help I was able to evict AND garnish the individual’s wages for past rent due, damages done to the room and all legal fees.

Brian, is the man if you need to evict someone. There are so many shady, some what well informed tenants that know how to manipulate the law, just like it happened to me. Therefore you need a lawyer who is straight forward and knows the law. Brian, helped me evict these people, get them served and sheriffs clear the house. After the fact the tenants tried to have the D.A go after me and once again Brian handled it for me. After, these tenants sued me in small claims court , Brian prepared me for my court date. Gave me all the proper documentation and was even present. He assured me that I would win the case and I did. Brian has kept me well informed every step of the way in person, email, or by phone. He has also given me peace of mind, when I was worried these expert "shady tenants" would find a way to manipulate the law. Brian knows his stuff . Brian Nomi came highly reccomended to me by a friend. After the unexpected death of my husband, I found myself in financial difficulty and scared beyond words. Brian came to my place of employment to meet with me. After discussing my case, he explained what would happen and what I needed to do.
