***Mr. Hepworth contacted me personally and graciously acknowledged the misunderstanding. The matter was settled to my complete satisfaction.*** my fiancée had to call there office repeatedly to get the status of my case. My fiancée singlehandedly kept the case from getting dismissed because it had sat carelessly dormant for so long and it was her that had to bring it to there attention. And then, when we suggested a way for them to address the obstacles created by my ex-wife and the careless mishandling of my matter (I suggested filing a Motion to Waive the Requirement for Respondent to Take the Parenting Class), your office responded that it couldn’t be done, when in fact, I knew it could be. I paid a paralegal to draft a motion, forwarded it to you and then your office copied it in and submitted it to the court…then the magic happened. The case was resolved and the divorce was granted. I provided you with the legal fodder to complete the job. I was told my case flat-fee agreement (in flat fee cases , I understand that I will not be billed for phone calls, faxes, court appearances, attorney preparation time, paralegal time, or any other hourly fees for work done by the Firm.) than I got a bill 2 years later for 540.98 said they could not reach me... also never got any final paperwork from them... I also did upfront fee $1,300.00 and now its at collections ... I did turn them in to the Utah State Bar...

It is with zero trepidation that I recommend Hepworth, Murray and Associates. It is rare that you solicit the services of a law firm when things are good. As it was in my case. I was being sued by a large credit firm. It was messy. Promises were made verbally and they kept dropping the ball, hurting my credit and harassing me. I was doing everything to reach a civil agreement. They served me with a notice to appear in court that blind sided me. I realized this was way over my head so I contact Hepworth, Murray & Associates because I needed a skilled, well educated personal firm. One that fights for the underdog. A law firm that would work as hard on my little case and made it as important to them as it was to me and my family. I have used other firms and attorneys. I used these guys because the others said it was not worth fighting. I am so glad I did. Not only in principal was it worth fighting for. But financially I fared so much better off. My attorney Zachary, a young local product who graduated form Georgetown University Law School. He was attentive to my case, was knowledgeable and is a fighter. It is great having a fighter in your corner.

Had a disgruntled ex-employee and friend sue me, my ex-wife and my business for a continuing employment wage claim which was totally without merit. Honestly, the situation was dire as I was staring down a potential $40 to $50k penalty. They are terrible! Promised us aggressiveness and was worst lawyer experience I ever had. We cycled through 3 different lawyers who kept mysteriously moving on. Essentially we kept starting over. We had to keep refreshing their memories. Then at mediation the lawyer basically let the other party walk all over my handicapped brother. Actually said he was tired and we were his last case at the firm also. Do not recommend. Beware
