Greg pulled me through one of the most difficult times of my life. My employer falsely accused me of harassment. Even though I did nothing wrong they were going to let me go. I could not think clearly at all. Greg met with me on a Saturday, we talked about my case, he assured me that what I was feeling was normal. He wrote a letter to the employer right then. In the end Greg was able to negotiate my resignation rather than termination, and a large settlement so that I could move on with my life. If you have issues with a wrongful termination, or any other labor related issue, contact Greg and I am sure he will help. He answered and responded to every call, even on the weekends!! Greg has called to check up on me even after the case was finished. Thanks for being there Greg!!

I have only had experience with Greg Smith from the firm, and he did not do a single thing to help our case, he was not only uninterested on the current situation but did not come prepared at all for the court hearing. No real questions about the case, no notes no files, nothing at all. Thankfully he withdrew himself after the first hearing and I had the chance to hire a different attorney. Yes he does answer the phone, yes he meets on weekends, but he seems to think that just by making his client confident about the case it’s going to resolve itself with just his presence.
