Hello, my name is Angela and I was recommended by my Realtor Trena Kupper to give Michael Fournette with Guild Mortgage a try. My husband and I had a not-so-good experience trying to obtain a loan for a new home with another mortgage company. The result was us needing 3 month’s worth of reserve (roughly $8200) additional at closing. I was devastated and didn’t think we’d be able to get the home that we wanted. We then decided to give Guild Mortgage a try. I was reluctant and did not believe that this was going to work but was reassured by both my Realtor and Michael that they could he could help us. Well after about a week, we had full loan approval (more than just the pre-approval). I could not have been happier! I did not have a very high credit score, actually barely a 600. Odds were a little against us, but Michael made it work. I highly recommend him and hope that he obtains new business due to this review. When I tell you he made it work, he made it work for us. If he can help us, he can help you too. 

very big thank you to John and his staff. They worked very hard to get us approved for our loan after a recent foreclosure. After being told by two other lenders yes we can help only two be turned down. We almost gave up. While researching online we came across Guild mortgage and called John explained our situation. He asked to review our paperwork and would let us know if he thought he could help. He called back and said he thought he could get us approved. And he did! Best Mortgage Company out there!!! John Cassels and Ryan Cross are the best guys to deal with. Very smart about the process and really do care about keeping you in the loop about whats going on with the stage of your loan.
