I would NEVER recommend dealing with Caliber, not even to an enemy! Terrible experience from day one. We refinanced due to lower rates and they posted a 30-day late on our credit because of THEIR ERROR and now refuse to remove it. They have ZERO regard for how they affect peoples credit with their carelessness...words cannot describe how upset and disappointed I am with them!!

Bait and Switch! Be careful if you work with CaliberHomeLoans in Bellingham, they sound good, maybe too good, right up to the point when they locked a rate that included 2 pts. Luckily we were able to cut and run to find an open and honest loan broker who took care of every need.
