Some staff are unhelpful in a strange way that seems partly Dilbert and partly the Three Stooges. If you need professional service that is standard in most credit unions and banks, best to go elsewhere.

Just a heads up, they put a nine-day hold on incoming checks for the first month. Otherwise their customer service is really good.
