I worked mostly with Arnie Saltvick, and my experience was excellent. There was a little bit of a miscommunication in the beginning relating to who we would be using as our agent but despite the change he maintained professionalism and was pleasant to work with. Not only was he extremely pleasant, we did end up getting a great rate on our home! He was able to lock in the lowest rate possible by pulling a few strings and working around some of the limitations but he definitely knows his stuff. I would highly recommend.
