As a out-of-state owner, a water leak and damage that was going through an insurance claim in Florida, could have been a nightmare. Using Bulldog as the Adjuster made the potential nightmare into a manageable project that ended with the claim settled and repairs completed in just over 90 days. I got quotes and information from 4 different adjusters before selecting Bulldog Adjusters. It was very clear from talking to Stephen, that he was extremely knowledgeable about the type of repairs needed, the cost and how the insurance settlement process would work. We got to a settlement within 75 days and then I could begin the repairs. Bulldog connnected me with excellent vendors to get the repairs done. The entire team is very responsive and do everything they can to make the process quick and painless while working with an insurance company that is just the opposite. This clearly was not the routine where the initial contact was very good and lacking behind the scenes. Everyone I dealt with at Bulldog Adjusters gets the 5 star rating.

I was very dissapoonted with their involvement. They came out did a thorough estimate, sent two letters and then told me there was nothing else they could do and refered me to an attorney. Never saw or heard from them again until my attorney settled it then they took 20% off the top. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. If you really need help. Hire a lawyer.
