Your expert advice in helping my company put together the necessary information to acquire the necessary insurance needed, was beyond my expectations. As a small carrier in a highly competitive industry, your agency has given me the edge by reducing the costs of my insurance needs. In our most recent push to become a hazmat carrier, your agency had worked feverishly, day and night, week after week, to educate us and acquire the necessary insurance. Not only were they with my company every step, throughout the whole process, even after business hours; this agency has also had a quick response to my insurance questions. Demonstrating to me that my questions were just as important to them as they were to me. Even after it is all said and done, you continue to call and check on me to provide me with industry updates.
