BE AWARE!!! when you go in there they seem so nice and friendly until i found out that they had made me sign papers with fine print and lied to me telling me it wasnt anything important till after when i tried to cancel my services after ONE day they STILL CHARGED ME $300 and kept it with no refund after they said they would refund it. ALSO the manager lied to me when I kindly asked for her name. Actually she lied several different times and would give me a different name each time. AND she also called me and left a nasty voicemail threatening me if i didnt pay the $400 dollar broker fee that they had originally left blank in the papers that I signed. BE AWARE DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!!!! If you want a good place THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF MY THESE FEMALE SCAM ARTISTS

I have been with Busy Bee insurance for many years and have only set foot in the office once because I just happen to be in the area. Through many different phases of my life with adding and taking away cars and drivers to accidents and even a ticket Angela and her team have always been there to help with processing, fixing my vehicles, even shopping around to keep my monthly payments low and affordable at times when I was the only income in my household at below minimum wage . For those blasting the business may I suggest that you add a specific agents name so that the business has reasonable cause to get rid of the unsatisfactory agents and other insurance companies will have a reason not to hire such scoundrels that can ruin insurance experiences.

I asked my husband to go down there and get a quote. The people in the office assisted him with forging my signature. I had previously called them and asked what is the brokers fee, they said there were none. They had my husband go into the back room while they watched my kids and signed my name. They told him dont worry we dont need her signature. He didnt realize there was a 300 dollor fee, they said I had a bad driving record. When I called to complain, they lied and said my husband brought me the paper work outside. Those lying bitches. Beware, crooks with a business license!

I purchased a new car and everyone was quoting me over $200 a month the car dealer was ready to take my car for lack of insurance because I could not afford it, until I called Buzy Bees Insurance. Im paying only $115 a month for full coverage insurance and they worked with me on the down payment. They called my car dealer and faxed paper work right over. I owe you guys alot because I have my car and can afford it because of you guys. Thanks so much Im a client for life..

These "ladies" are scam artists. They have ZERO customer service skills. I called to inquire about a service they provide, and was hung up on MULTIPLE times. When I asked to speak to a manager, "Barbara", I was given to her the first time and she hung up on me. Rude, terrible skills, this is a definite SHAM BUSINESS. Do NOT go there.

Avoid like the plague. Hidden fees will cause your estimate to almost double and the insurance companies are complete trash. You will never leave this place feeling like you have been taken care of. Avoid at all cost. No insurance is better than Buzy Bees.

Received a quote of $97 down and $85 a month. Then went to get the policy and the down payment became $400 mysteriously!! High Brokers fees!! Bait and switch!! Gave a lame excuse about my car. But the monthly did not go up!! Do not go there!!!

Not only do they provide horrible customer service, but they keep putting fliers on my car (three today alone). People throw the papers on the ground creating piles of litter. This practice is very impractical!

I attend UCR and they put their paper advertising on my windshield either weekly, and occasionally multiple times per week. It is an obnoxious way to go about advertising.
