I felt that I needed to get this review in because I was very pleased with Huff n Puffs service after the sale. I had them install gutters and the helmet because I had a very bad time with all the trees around my home. After many attempts with my own solutions I decided to have them installed as I needed to clean out my gutters twice a year and I dont like ladders, Well it been over 20 years!!! really,honest. I have never had one single problem for that whole time and even the recent service crew was a little surprised. I saw that my dormer gutter was dripping off the wrong end so I decided to call and see if they would stand behind the"never clean your gutters again"sales pitch. No problem,Ed a production man at Huff n Puff said they would be out and they where and found a small clump of pine needles clogging the dormer downspout,They cleared it out and checked the whole system and were very nice and they were on there way,No Charge. Now that is a warranty. I would and have recommended Huff n Puff and their Gutter helmet to everyone who has gutters.Thank You for standing behind your products and service . I read some other reviews and dont know what they are talking about. I had no problems and look forward to having them do more work in the future.

I had Andersen sliding glass doors and some windows installed by Huff N Puff last November. It is less than one calendar years since the installation. I unlocked one of the two sliding doors yesterday and the lock toggle knob came off into my hand! It is impossible to get the door to shut tightly now and the cold air comes through the edge of the door. I had to metal-tape the entire door shut because of the cold. I only need to have a new lock installed in the broken door. It is a small job but this 76-year-old widow has to heat the house on top of a windy ridge in Gilboa, Schoharie County in the Catskill Mountains and it gets cold here. Still waiting for someone to come. Please, Huff N Puff, do send a repair person to my home with a new lock for the door soon! I beg you! Ingrid Saez

We have had Gutter Helmet installed on our house since 2005 (back roof) and 2009 (front roof). With much higher rainfall rates lately, we have had more runoff from the inside corner of the roof valley above our back porch. Higher levels of runoff have the potential to aggravate porch settling issues. We asked HuffNPuff if there were options to handle the higher rainfall rates. Ed (Service Manager) was extremely helpful and recommended that we install an improved higher capacity insider corner arrangement. Ed came by the house yesterday morning and took care of everything in short order. Ed was very courteous and helpful. We appreciate HuffNPuff taking good care of us as we are long term customers (basement windows, attic insulation, gutters and Gutter Helmets, etc).

I had gutter guard installed in June-when the salesman came he told us someone would be in touch in 2-3 days-we waited over a week and called them-we left 2 voice mails and finally got a call back after 3 weeks Once they came they did a good job-however we are experiencing problems with one section-my wife and I have left 4 messages (we can never speak to anyone-they are "in a meeting) and have yet to get a reply from anyone -no call back, no acknowledgement, nothing This is apparently the kind of service they offer after the install. I will not use them again We are planning on getting window replacements but will NOT entertain calling these people-not even for a price check

The product is good... the service crew is great...but it took us ten phone calls to get a appointment for installation...then they canceled out took another 5 phone calls to get next date...They did show up but not at the time they where suppose to. They did not bring all the parts... Had to come back in 2 weeks to finish the job...you will get excuses from crew is sick..car accident...and death in the family.. The office personnel and who ever is in charged ( Nici) is the problem... if you have to deal with her go to someone else..

I had gutters installed this morning. Awesome job done by installers Dan R. and John S. These guys made it look easy. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. made the process easy. as to the gutters. just as explained by Mitch the rep who did preliminary measurements. The bottom line is the product speaks for it self (great, superb looking and functioning gutters) and the people as down to earth as you can get. very easy to deal with.

Very professional initial visit, estimate and follow-up changes to the contract. Installation when like clockwork without any problems. There was a little confusion as to the correct finish paint color for the center mullions, which was our responsibility to apply. This wooden piece was only just primed. Its amazing how many shades of white there are.

The bottom line is that it works. We have lots of helicopter seeds that did not get into the gutters. Nor did the leaves in the fall. So, I did not have to do the ladder work to clean the gutters. The installation was very professional and quick as was the electrician when we added heat to our east side gutters. We have no complaints.

We just had gutters installed on our house, Dan & Jeff were the installers. It was pouring rain, cold, and we still had piles of snow in the ares that they had to work in. They showed up on time, never complained and had all gutters installed in less that three hours....in pouring rain! They were great, and we are extremely satisfied!

Employees were professional, helpful, and able to answer all questions. The job was completed timely and neatly. We are very hopefull that the heated gutter helmets will help solve ice back up as intended so we will no longer have to manually remove snow from our roof. Time will tell. No snow yet!!!

They were very professional and did a excellent job installing the windows and doors. They cleared away all of the old windows and doors. They vacuumed anything that fell inside when they were removing the old windows. They insulated and kept us informed. I would highly recommend them.
