In October of 2014, Buffalo Roofing did a complete roof tear off and installed a new roof on my home. The project was completed on schedule, the work was of the highest quality and the crew was courteous. At the end of the job, the grounds were cleaned to an immaculate state. This type of highly professional work is all anyone could expect of a roofing contractor. In the following year, unrelated to the work done on the roof, I had some issues with the performance of the gutters. A downspout came loose and leaves caused water to back up between the gutter and the fascia board. Every time I asked for assistance, Buffalo Roofing sent a crew out to rectify any issues, free of charge. Additional aluminum drip edges were installed, the downspout connection was repaired and the gutters were cleaned repeatedly, all free of charge. This type of service was more than any home owner could reasonably expect, and for that I am grateful. Needless to say, I would recommend Buffalo Roofing to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

I cannot praise Buffalo Roofing enough for their recent job of replacing a rather large and complex roof on my house in Clarence Center. The owner Todd Cameron’s immediate response to my quote request and his helpful, money saving suggestions on how to work hand in hand with the insurance company are worth noting in today’s landscape of slick operators focused on cutting costs. The overall out of pocket cost of the project turned out to be very reasonable considering its large scope. Todd’s project manager and contact person Mitchell Rivera deserves a special mention for professionalism, promptness, courtesy and overall helpfulness. Once the work started the whole crew seemed efficient, quick and pleasant to deal with. Work started and finished on schedule, exactly as promised verbally and in the contract. The company didn’t hesitate to meet all of my little extra requests and threw in several perks on top of that.

We had a major windstorm that caused many of my shingles to be completely torn off and several shingles that were lifted. My roof was only 10 years old. I called Buffalo Roofing the next morning and spoke with Todd who was exceptional. Todd was knowledgeable, well spoken and he guided me through the insurance claim process. Todd worked with my insurance adjuster and I received approval from my insurance carrier for a full roof replacement. I believe this would not have happened with any other roofing company. Todd eased the stress and pain of having to pay for a brand new roof. Do not waste your time to call any other roofing company. Go with Buffalo Roofing and ask for Todd. Thank you Buffalo Roofing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! We had our roof fixed in August of 2015. I called and explained our roof was leaking and we needed it fixed asap. The nice gentlemen came out and fixed it same day! He stated we had a warranty for the work done and materials used. October 2015 we noticed our roof was leaking again...I have called for a week in half and still no return phone call to come fix what is under warranty! So i guess Buffalo Roofing has no problem taking your money to get the roof fixed but when it comes to getting someone to look at the roof under warranty -- forget it and good luck! Will never suggest this business to anyone!!

Top notch workmanship and a roof that could not have come out any better. All top grad material from the 50 year gaf shingles, to ridge vent, window trim and gutters. I have referred Buffalo Roofing to friends and family who have hired them multiple times due to competitive pricing and quality products and workmanship. You can see why they put on so many roofs. Buffalo Roofing did a tear off and new roof on our home last year after a windstorm dislodged shingles on the old roof. They patched the areas immediately when I called and then worked quickly with our insurance company to get the roof completed. They went over and above by also doing some sealing and wood repairs. I really appreciated their diligence in cleaning up afterward. All of the workmen were courteous and respectful. I recommend Buffalo Roofing.

The roof material they used were at good quality brands and work was accomplished in time.
