I would not use this company they finished out our basement last year (8 months ago) and nothing went right over all the job was "completed". however the drywall had to redone 3 times and still not right. i was told if i bought the material for the carpet they would cover installing it well they never did and i had to pay for it. the owner jared never even came to look at the finished product. my security system key pad was brokena dn it took 4 weeks to get paid for it. we were quoted 4-6 weeks to complete the job it took 4 months we put $10,000 down on this $25 project up front. closet doors do not stay closed. my window screens were broken my blinds were broken, and an area rug was ruined. i had them cut a hole in the wall for my fish tank and they cut it the wrong size so now my fish tank is still in sitting in the floor. i cant shut my water off because the drywall is surrounding it. i have unfinished drywall on the ceiling and i could keep going but i would not use this company or recommend it to any of my friends

We called Sunrooms to redo our bathroom. We had a couple by the name of Jeff and Jeanna George come to do the work. It took them 4 days as our AC vent had to be moved, all electrical redone.new plumbing put in, a new double vanity with sinks and a new toilet as well as new walls and insulation. Our experience with this couple was great. Having had other contractors do work on our home I was concerned. They were very professional and only stopped their work to ask questions concerning the job. . We was very impressed with their work ethics as well as their overall knowledge. Not many single contractors can do electrical, plumbing, flooring, and drywalling They completed our bathroom with help from Leonard and Andy on the last evening. Our bathroom is beautiful and we have no trash or items left to clean up after them. The job they did was beyond our expectations. We would recommend Sunrooms and More to anyone who would like a reference. They did what they said they would do and more. Thanks for my bathroom.

We read negative reviews that Sunrooms and More were not honest in their business practice. Unfortunately we made the mistake to disregard the negative customer reviews and just assume that they were some disgruntled people. It turns out these customers are right about Sunrooms and More in Lexington, KY. Sunrooms and More are very dishonest and unethical. They tried to sell us a product that does not exist and when we caught it a day later and asked for our money back they instead tried to sell us another product and did not return our cheque, even though they said they would return our cheque. We reported them. If you do not believe that Sunrooms and More is a fraudulent company, please google them on the internet. In fact the company owner was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal for being dishonest. One must have done some really bad stuff to end up being negatively addressed in a National newspaper.

They took the sunroom down twice for the leaking. It still leaked so another service guy came out and took it down (third time) and said it was put up wrong to begin with. There is missing screws on the trim, in the hinges on the doors, the screens pins are messed up . I climbed up to the roof (I am almost 70) and noticed the flashing between the house and patio room is bend and not attached to house. Went to put flooring down and the floor is rotted and can not get it up without paying someone When the roof or whatever leaked the insulation got wet and they told me it would be ok when it dried out (they should have replaced it as it stood in water till I poked a hole in the plastic to drain it If I could give the negative 5 stars I would

First of all, the salesman was 15 mins late for our 10 am appt. I would think that punctuality would be upmost important. What makes his time more valuable than mine? I scheduled my appt at the home and garden show and because of that I would get a &15 gift card. When the salesman seen that my spouse was not home, he said he could not give me an estimate. He did some measuring and showed me pictures of patios on his ipad. I was not given a gift card...a couple days later I get a call about rescheduling with my spouse, I choose not to reschedule and asked about the gift card too. I was told I dont get the gift card because my spouse has to be present and an estimate needed to be given. SO rediculous.

The glass solarium has made a wonderful addition to the useability of my patio. The venetian columns enhance the backyard and theme near the pool. The project was completed in only 2 days and we feel the patio cover has increased our home value. The workers were very pleasant. When they started they were very professional and on time. They cleaned up after themselves. The sunroom will give us an excellent reading room and enjoy the rain hit the roof. Great place for coffee. Sunrooms and More also installed electrical and a ceiling fan. Overall an excellent experience.

The 12 by 14 Sunroom they built is great. We plan to use for relaxation and entertaining guests. The crew scott and david did an excellent job. They built the room for us in only a few days. We also had a 2nd story deck replaced which enhanced the value of the house. We will definetly recommend them in neighborhood.

The show room at Sunrooms and More is really awesome! It is really pretty, full of sunroom options, as well as kitchen, bath, etc... love that they have hot tubs that you can actually try! They decorate well, too, with really nice furniture pieces. The people were nice and very helpful!

I love my new custom bathroom. The guy that came to my house was a Cats fan too, so that made our decision that much easier. We have 2 more bathrooms to go and they have already priced them both and since the quote is good for a year, we will be calling them back next tax season.
