Very good service. Anthony T was not only on time, but he stayed well past scheduled appointment time because I was running late - and without complaint. Extremely professional. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Service Experts!! **UPDATE** December 2016: 12 yr old furnace stopped working literally when the weather was giving us a major freeze - of course. Tim called me to assess the situation and offered to save me a little cash by walking me through a service check to determine if there was a serious problem or not. Having changed the oil in my lawnmower before, I knew I could tackle this furnace issue. It turned out to be a bigger issue than carbon build up on the magic steel sensor rod, so after a followup visit from Tim and some thoughtful advice, we decided to take the plunge with a new furnace. (Merry Xmas to us!) Tim left us a couple of portable electric heaters to hold us over the few days until install. On the day of install, the guys - Bill, Bob and Derek - were awesome. Very nice, extremely professional and they walked me through everything. They were very helpful with how equipment was installed and they showed me how it all worked. Plus they laid down drop cloths literally through from door to furnace in basement. Nice! I would AGAIN highly recommend this crew for your HVAC needs.

Working thru the Costco Kiosk services at the Mayfield Hts. Store we were contacted by Service Experts on Friday and a sales rep arrived that afternoon and we contracted them to install 2 furnaces(the 2 old units were 1950s vintage with clothes dryer attached), 2 A/Cs and 2 hot water tanks in our 2 family home, On Monday they arrived with a full crew and had one fce. removed and another running that same day, they returned Tuesday and proceeded with the work and Bob returned on Thursday to finish the installation, He did a great job doing a couple of extras while here. The workers were friendly, knew their trade and were very efficient, the following crew was Bob, Bill Derek, and Sean, as well as Tim, the sales rep. Everything is working great and we are well satisfied with the work and service we received. Apr. 28, Brian was here to activate the ACs and did a great job getting the systems started. So far we have been pleased with service exerts and their service techs.

This was the first time I used Service Experts for my plumbing needs. I knew my water heater was over due for a flush. Since the service part of my heating and cooling agreement included plumbing, thought I would give them a try. Donald was prompt and courteous. He checked all of the pipes besides flushing the water heater. Even suggested a product that would prevent calcium deposits. Will have him return next year. I also did my Winter furnace check with Anthony. In addition to my routine check, he installed a new UV-Light bulb and tightened a loose vent. Also very knowledgeable. Remembered being here in the past. My furnace gets checked twice a year. Because of Service Experts great work, I am still able to use the furnace they installed in 2004.

Frank performed a maintenance check-up on my HVAC system today. This was his second visit to my home as a Service Experts technician. On the first occasion, he found a small gas leak, which was a great relief to have taken care of (by the gas company). Frank impressed me, then as now, as knowledgeable and efficient, and is quite personable in the bargain. Instead of upselling, as technicians from other companies have done with me in the past, he pointed out some issues that will bear watching, but never pressured me into a quick decision. I am happy with Service Experts and would recommend them without hesitation.

Frank did a great job ! Our Lennox heater was broken in December. The company sent 3 techs to fix it. They all had different opinions and seemed to misdiagnose the problem. We ended up spending 2 nights at the hotel because it was freezing at home. Finally the company sent Frank and he got the problem fixed appropriately. He went to get the part from Cleveland and replaced it. We are happy with the service. Thanks a lot Frank ! Also Mike, the supervisor is very approachable and we had Talked with him a lot. He is on it and care about our problems! Thanks you Mike !

Easy to reach and schedule appts. They also have emergency service. All service men that have come in, have been professional and courteous. Minimal (if any) up-selling. And they put on booties when coming in, without me asking; with little kids, its a big thing for me. Brian Hughes was our expert today. Courteous, professional and went above and beyond servicing our furnaces. Made sure everything runs smoothly; replaced blue light and humidifier pad. Great work! I will say that the filters are cheaper on Amazon, other than that, good company...

Good Morning Mike, I just want to tell you what a great job both (Bob & Derek) did on the following work they did on my Heating & Cooling system. #1) Install a New UV Light in the correct location in the System. #2) Repair the Exhaust Pipe that was leaking from day one. #3) Install a New 4" Flex Vent Pipe & Replaced One Old 4" Vent Pipe with a New 4" Flex Pipe. Frank came out to fix my 20 year old boiler last February. He had to order a part (Smart Gas Valve) and installed it when it came in, a couple days later. In May,during a cold snap, the Boiler failed again. Frank came out and checked it out. The new gas valve was bad so another was ordered. When it came in he he came back and installed it. No charge as it was still under warranty. I am very impressed with his Professionalism, Knowledge and Courtesy.

Anthony did my tune up. Excellent professionism & clearly has a real grasp of the furnace systems and how to correlate the two for customer satisfaction. Derek installed my Dynamic Air Cleaner on 2/1/27 & cleaned my ducts. He was time efficient, clearly professionsl, and highly knowledgeable about the entire process. He answered all questions to our satisfaction and was curteous. I will recommend your company based on hid performance.

Derek did a good job with duct cleaning but the equipment was very noisy. Would recommend them for any new installation
