Been using Midland Air since the purchase of my home a year ago. I do have a service agreement with them and it included in 2 service calls for preventative maintenance (typically in the fall and spring before the weather takes a bigger turn). My first experience with them was to fix my HVAC system last year and they were reasonably priced, completed the work in a timely manner, and were knowledgeable. My fall preventative maintenance I was not impressed with the individual who came out as they clearly did not know what they were doing. I notified the company of my unhappiness with the service and they apologized but nothing else further was done on my behalf which is fine as my HVAC system was in a working order. (I have since learned that individual has been let go from the company) My second spring maintenance went much better. They were very knowledgeable, very thorough, and even found and fixed a minor issue before the start of the season. I have since renewed my service agreement (only 22.75/month and cancel any time)) withm again and recently had to call them for some more work to be done as my unit was not turning on. They had someone out the next morning (I called at 10pm the night before) and the individual was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. The service agreement gave a discount (15%) as well and I am back up and running again. I will continue to use Midland Air as my HVAC service provider.

The absolute worst customer service! I called to have an apartment at my student Housing Community serviced at 5pm last night for a massive a/c leak. A very rude technician name Brian called around 10pm asked if i was the property manager and proceeded to tell me, in the countriest most southern accent ever that "yall gone need them to send a commercial technician out cause i aint going". I said "why would you all wait 5 hours to call and tell me I need a commercial technician? My residents have been waiting since 5pm and they have a massive a/c leak". He then said "that aint my problem" and hung up. i then phoned their after hours number and expressed how upset I was over how the technician handled his service call with me. The rep was very kind and apologetic (truly the only person that is saving my opinion of the company at this point). I asked if my tenants can please be placed on the priority list for this morning, which I was assured they would be. I called around noon today, because I was told technicians normally begin services around noon on Sundays. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up. We are calling another company for services and will not use SE. My residents are still waiting on them btw: they have yet to call and try to follow up with me or my tenants.

The quality of work was good but horrible customer service. When I am spending that kind of money for a job I expect great service in all areas. They were an hour late to my house for the initial visit without a phone call. The next day I was asked to leave a key so they could finish the job because I would not be off work until 4 and they were coming in the morning. I felt uneasy doing this but boarded my dog and did it anyway. When I arrived home, they just got there. I called the office and asked why no one called me to tell me that they would be 7ish hours late. They asked if a manager could call me back. I said, "yes" and 4 days later still waiting on that phone call. All I ask for in a business is to keep me updated if they are not going to be on time because I understand things happen. Since that was not the case here they will not be getting our business again. In response to your so called customer service: So I have to get in touch with you yet again? Even though you have my contact information already? I love the copy and paste response that me and other reviewers get. Take some initiative and get in touch with me because I already reached out.

Very disappointed with my AC maintenance from this company. My AC unit in my attic had water in the pan (a clogged drain pipe) which caused water damage to the roof in the ceiling under my AC unit. I called my home warranty service company who sent a contracted repairmen who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This problem could have been avoided if Midland Air who was paid to perform routine maintenance on my AC systems did their job!. I called and spoke to a manger and explained my ordeal to him and he believed his service techs always do the right thing. I will never use this company again!!!

Our downstairs Lennox unit was not heating properly and the technician, Harold, came that day to repair it. He quickly found out that a circuit board was communicating properly causing the unit to not work. He worked for over 2 hours and was pleasant to work with. He explained the situation so that I could understand it, he was nice & patient with our 3 children who arrived home from school while he was here and wanted to ask him questions about what he was doing. Our unit was back up and running and has run like a charm ever since. Thanks for sending him!

Had Midlands come out to check my AC and found after recharging with freon with a dye pack that my evaporative coil was leaking. Part is still under warranty and they wanted to charge me $1400 for the fix. Called my builder and found the A/C company that installed our unit and they referred me to a local AC company in Columbia that fixed it for $750. That is just a crazy price difference and I am glad I shopped around. Tech from midlands was friendly and nice but being up charged like that is ridiculous.

Jerrod is amazing from Midland Air Service Experts!!! All I can say is Wow!! I Purchased a High End Lennox system around 16000 and it does a spectacular job heating and cooling my home!! Also I called him back after the system was installed and he came back and helped me link my new Lennox S30 thermostat so I can control the tempature in my house from my phone wherever I am at!!! How cool is that!!! I Recommend Midland Air to anyone wanting to buy a new home comfort system and ask for Jerrod Warden!!!

Harold (#103) has serviced our heat pump many times since it was installed 9 years ago. I have always found him to be courteous , friendly, knowledgeable about our equipment, and very professional. I am very confident in him. In the last few years, I have requested Harold to service my unit for consistency but other Midland Air technicians have serviced it over the years and they have also performed very satisfactorily.

We have had Service Experts service our air conditioner for 10 years. Our technician Harold Palmer is the best that I have ever seen. Harold has done all the service on the unit since it was new. Outstanding service! Our technician, Jerrod Warden, was the epitome of professionalism. We needed a rapid replacement of an HVAC unit to enable our father to sell his home. Jerrod coordinated everything and the new unit was installed, up and running the very next morning - at a cost hundreds less than our other quote. Jerrod saved the day for our 92 year old dad! Scheduled my service using the online tool. Received a confirmation email and a call the day of service when the technician was on his way. Technician was on time and courteous. Recommended service on trying to extend the lifetime of my units and did not try to sell me new equipment. System was serviced and is running well again. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

My HVAC system stopped working last night. A friend recommended Midland Air, and I am so glad they did. I called at 7:45 am and was told to expect someone around 2:00 pm. About an hour later a technician was able to come to my home. Jerrod was professional, extremely kind, and patient. He was honest and told me exactly what I needed. Jerrod Warden a service Technician came out to service our unit. Another company came out last Thursday and told me we needed a new unit. After doing a diagnostic of the unit he gassed up the unit and the house quickly began to cool down. Last weekend we were not able to sleep upstairs because of the humidity. I was very unhappy with Midlands Air. The sales person who came out and gave us the options/quote for a replacement unit promised free upgrades to buy the unit. When the installers came they would not install the upgrades since they were not listed on the work-order. Very poor communications between sales and installation. Will not use Midlands Air again.

Even one time they offered to send someone at night because I called late in the evening. They were effective, fast and professional. I highly recommend.
