I would give zero stars if I could. Pronto is nothing but a scam. They have tried every tactic to get out of paying my medical bills, and have bullied me about it when I pushed back. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately because a driver who had their insurance caused an accident, I am forced to deal with them.
