Monyque assisted me through a tough process while looking for good rates. I spoke with 4 agents today, Monyque being the 4th. Each conversation lasted about 1-2 hours long and sky rock quotes/rates. I am an a plus driver with no points on my license. I could not understand why the rates were super high. In 15 minutes, Monyque found me the best and unheard of rate, I locked in right away. The paperwork at the dealership was not finilized and when it was, she rushed the process without any errors and was able to provide me with the coverage necessary to drive my new car off of the lot. I have dealt with a fare deal of insurance agencies and never has I experienced the professional, patience, and dedication I did today with Monyque. Monyque, thank you very much!

I had a wonderful nice young lady that was helping me with all my questions about coverage and claims, Caitlin is one of the best customer service reps I have honestly ever spoken with and I do appreciate her taking out her time to break down all of the quotes, and claims and deductibles with me. I had to get a lot of information, and She broke it down so good for me. Rich Mason went above and beyond to meet my insurance needs in an incredibly short amount of time! He was courteous and professional, walking me through all the steps needed to get me and my vehicle on the road today! I admit, I did the Google for quotes, and out of the 5 different prospects, Rich sealed the deal with not only the best rate, but customer service skills nailed it. Hoping that other associates at A-Affordable are on the same page as Rich, because if so, I would have to say the A in A-Affordable is definitely worthy of an A+ rating!!

I went into a-affordable in revere today and Tia helped me. She was very nice and helpful. She got me insurance with a low down payment and I was able to get my new car today. They are very fun in revere and made my experience getting my insurance much less stressful because I was very stressed out walking on there. I would recommend everyone to go check them out. I go into the revere office and I usually deal with Tia, she very helpful and she always tries to get me the lowest prices. All of the girls are nice they make experience fun and enjoyable every time I go in. Every time I go in to pay my monthly payment, I always bring them a pizza just to say thank you. I had the Best Customer Service from Tia LaRock in the Revere office on yesterday. She was very Polite Curteous Professional and Patient as she spent a considerable amount of time with me. She was very thorough and Knowelege and answered all of my questions. She took the time to explain things as well. Horrible place i cannot believe i had my friend call me and told me what they did to him today i am going to NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS how are you going to charge someone $$$ to fix a mistake when you are working there and your main concern is to make the customer happy but my friend was completely not satisfied i am going to remove this insurance today and move on to a new one this insurance is not worth it!!!!!

I called because I was sick of getting overcharged for a good driving record. I heard the commercial and after trying major companies to no benefit, I figured why not. Michelle Welch helped me get a quote within minutes that was $600 dollars cheaper and included better coverage than my current insurance company. Great rates and even better service!

i cannot believe how much you need to put down to get a car registered especially when you dont have a BRAND new car. They want to make me put 25% down??? Now tell me how that makes sense when my points are gunna be so low ina year that this 1555 payment to get it insuraned is aweful. How can people afford this huh A - affordable huh? Not at all

Horrible complete rip off me and my friend went there to register a price and just because the dealer made one mistake they hustle for $50 when we are buying insurance from them they still have the courage to try and hustle just to make a quick buck. i would never recommend this insurance to anymore DO NOT GO THERE!!!

GET NEW INSURANCE. Worst company to call. All locations phone numbers go to one phone tree. no one ever answers. if they do, they pick up quick, say "hold" and slam you back on hold. They are too big to care.
