I am very disappointed and would NEVER recommend doing business with CityWorth and Curtis R. Rhoa Mortgage Banker. I had a multiple offer situation on a listing and the buyers working with Curtis R. Rhoa offer considerably more. So to protect the seller prior to accepting there offer I spoke directly with the Curtis R. Rhoa to verify that the buyers were pre-approved and that his company was going to be able to give the buyers a loan. He guaranteed that he could close the loan as he had already pre-approved the buyers. I even brought up concerns that I had with the buyers who recently moved into the area as to how this might affect them. He was very blunt in saying he knew what he was doing and that he could get these buyers the loan for this home. Needless to say the seller took the offer and worked diligently to liquidate the household belonging. CityWorth and Curtis R. Rhoa proceeded to have the buyers send them documents on a daily basis asking for the same documents several times. Buyers even made repairs to make sure the home would pass for an FHA loan, investing is electric baseboard heaters professionally installed. Everyday there was one more items/paper that was needed. We come up on the closing date and Curtis ask for an extension as they only need one more thing. That was supplied then it was one thing, one more thing, every day the buyers were sending more and more documents sometimes things that was already sent. I know this because they were sending the items from my office fax or email. Another close date came and the closing company (whom CityWorth had ordered clear title with) was asking for the closing documents and still no clear to close or documents and they were still asking for more paperwork. The extended close date was today and we get word from Curtis R. Rhoa Mortgage Banker that the “underwriter” has conditions that they are unable to “clear” so they have to deny the loan. While I am not privy to know what the conditions are as a REALTOR I am told that from the buyer that the husbands job description say 35 to 40 hours a week yet ALL the pay stubs shows 40 hours a week yet they are denying the loan because it could drop to 35 hour. Either way we may never know the true reason for the denial of the loan as it is a big secret. But I can tell you that the buyers life has been wide open with every documentation every needed and that was supplied way before the first close date. CityWorth has cause such a disarray for two families lives they should be held accountable. I deal with a lot of different lender and have never seen such poorly ran business. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

To rephrase Walt Disney “If you can dream it, CityWorth Mortage can do it for you”. This is exactly what happened in my case. I want to thank Josh Elphee and his team (Chelsea, Jordan, Shakia, Wendy and Michelle Dear) for making me realize my American Dream: owning Obiero’s house in a good neighborhood. I tried several times but got rejected by many lenders who were quick to cite my credit shortcomings. So I gave up my dream until one time I got a promotional invitation from Josh Elphee of CityWorth Mortgage. In this era of “fake news” and “alternative facts” I also dismissed this promotional invitation by Josh Elphee. In fact I googled CityWorth Mortage and found some very interesting comments left behind by other people. But Josh Elphee, just like an angel sent by a Higher Authority, kept contacting me. Then came on board the entire team of Chelsea, Jordan, Shakia, Wendy and Michelle Dear. The team was professional and oh boy! I have never seen such a diligent team in what they do. They were also prompt in attending to my never ending questions through phone calls and emails. The beginning was the first week of June 2017 and by end of June 2017 I was handed a key to my own house. I wish they were there, they could have seen the joy on my wife’s and daughter’s face when the key to the house was being handed to me. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Josh Elphee and his dedicated team of Chlesea, Jordan, Shakia, Wendy and Michelle Dear for putting a smiling face on my family. This house will also belong to my children and grand children. To those who want to buy a house, please ignore the noise from the fake comments and stick to Josh Elphee and his team at CityWorth Mortage. They did it for me within a short period. They can definitely also do it for you!

I can not say enough about Chris Miller and Michelle Dear. Being a first time home buyer is nerve racking and a scary step. We had worked very hard to place ourselves in a position to own a home and now do. Chris walked us through the process and cleared us very quickly with our pre approval. He asked the important questions up front and did a thorough check and hooked us up with a realtor. We were house hunting in a couple of days with the confidence we could buy a home. Once we found the home we wanted, we placed our offer and it was excepted. Chris and Michele worked hard to finalize the paper work to go to underwriting. They needed just a little more info and before we knew it we were fully approved. Now understand this process took a little over 2 months, which I have been told is very fast in the mortgage world. Also, we did not have the best credit and they were willing to work with us. To have a company that sees you as a person and not as much as a number was important. I highly recommend them, be upfront and hide nothing and they will guide you with no worries to your new home.

Do not work with Bradley Farr. He was very inexperienced when it came to the VA loan. He told me based on my credit and earnings what i was qualified for. Every day i was getting told different amounts, wether they were higher or lower. He knew next to nothing about the funding fee involved and how it works. Called and asked if i can work with a more experienced employee. Got an email from him a few minutes later saying " i see you called to ask to work with someone else, hope it all works out because i will not be helping you any further. Adios." Called to speak to a supervisor, first time they transferred me someone answered and then hung up (probably Bradley Farr). Called back finally spoke to a "supervisor". His attitude told me he could care less about the situation. Told me hed have a new loan officer call me and offered no apology and didnt let me finish what the situation was all about. Do not work with this company, but if you have to, do not work with Bradley Farr. I will be emailing their corporate office as well as forwarding the emails to the Better Business Bureau.

We were shopping around for mortgages, but we were not able to secure a comprehensive rate or to find a mortgage company that was going to guide us through this complicated or at the limit complex process that is mortgage. Once we started working with Christ at Cityworth Mortgage LLC, we were able to climb that scary hill and secure a credit for a loan. Christ made it easy for us by going through the complex process step by step and explaining everything we needed help with to secure funding for our home. After a smooth process, we were able to get a mortgage rate that is enviable by all our friends (we feel really privileged). Moreover, we are now living in our beautiful house that we have always dreamed of. Finally, we cannot emphasis enough how happy we were working with Cityworth Mortgage LLC and how we recommend their services without reservation to our friends or to whomever is in need of mortgage without wanting to go through the hurdles that generally come with it. I have been wanting to purchase a home for the last several years, but my credit was never where it needed to be. In June of this year, my leasing company wanted to sell the home i have been leasing. I talked to several banks, but my credit was just still not there. Somewhere in the process I received a letter from CitiWorth mortgage and decided to give them a call. I have to say, that was one of the best decisions I have made. My loan officer was Daniel Blake. Danny walked me through the process, answered every question I had, and throughout the entire process he always delivered on time, reassured me when i was nervous, and was just overall a pleasure to work with. We close on Friday the 15th, and I can honestly say we would not be here without Danny. If I ever purchase another home, I will definitely use CitiWorth mortgage, and I will certainly ask for Daniel Blake. Top Notch and should be anyones first choice in lenders.

I worked with Kevin Moss and the team was absolutely amazing! I was expecting to have to wait another year to build my credit more before I was able to purchase my first home but CityWorth Mortgage changed that. I was hesitant to work with a lender that was in a different state because I heard that sometimes the response time can be delayed, but this was not the case. Kevin and his entire team responded extremely fast to every email and someone was always available to answer my questions! I was able to close on my home in a month (which I was told by others would be almost impossible) hassle free. Thanks CityWorth!

My husband and I closed on our first home today (February 29th,2016) through CityWorth and it was a great experience, more like a learning experience because we were clueless through the beginning stages of the home-buying process, but our mortgage broker, Anshal Rode, helped us through every step of the way. Anshal promised me that he would get me a mortgage and that is what he did. I am very satisfied with the ways things turned out and I am grateful to have ran across a company like this. If you need help or guidance with getting a mortgage, then definitely reach out to Anshal Rode at CityWorth.

Gabriella oversaw the process from beginning to end and made my experience very enjoyable, and it is rare that you hear that when it comes to applying for a mortgage. I new where I stood in the process at all times and the team at CityWorth worked expediently on my loan. They were thorough when it came to the processing part so that by the time it made it to the Underwriting portion, it went smoothly. Thanks to Gabriella and her team for putting me in my very own home. If you are wanting to own a home, CityWorth is where you need to go, and if you are a veteran, CityWorth is where you belong.

We just purchased our home with CityWorth Mortgage. Daniel Blake and his team were phenomenal. When we received the flyer in the email something persuaded me to contacted them and I am so glad I did. From start to finish we settled in 45 days. There was a lot a work getting paperwork together but they were patient and walked us thru the entire process. Daniel offered sound advice and the team became like a family. If you are in the market for a house and are not sure where to begin or what company to go with, give CityWorth a call, I promise you it will change your life.

I just purchased a town home with CityWorth Mortgage. Daniel Blake and Andrea Strauss was amazing. I got a flyer in the mail. I thought it was junk mail. I knew my credit was not great. I had no idea i could purchase a home. I have never bought a house before. Daniel guided me every step of the way. He was in constant contact and kept me up to date on everything. I would absolutely recommend city worth. I would suggest giving them a call even if you do not think you would qualify.
