I started a mortgage deal with Wells Fargo that when side ways at the last minute. I was in a panic that I was going to lose the condo of my dreams. Alanna Hantho was incredible! During our application process my husband was overseas and I was on the west coast. Alanna was able to deal with all the time zone changes, was always available, constantly kept us up to date and was able to lock us in to a great rate. She knew with the time difference issues, she needed to give us each ample time to gather all of the information she would need and let us know in advance what to expect. Alanna is professional, knowledgeable, organized, personable and at the top of her game when it comes to communication. Working with Alanna was truly an enjoyable experience.

I found Eric through the VDHA website. When my Wife and I met with him he discussed numbers he was informative about different loan types and genuinely enjoys crunching numbers. What made Eric great was when me and my wife identified a house to see that we would likely wanted to offer on we gave Eric a heads up Sunday morning, saw the house and wanted to offer & got the documents for the pre-approval in the afternoon and sent an offer with a pre-approval in the evening. Clutch!
