I recently moved to town about two weeks ago. Michael greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. He walked me through our conversion of coverage from our former home in VA to our new home in MI. He presented different options and scenarios to me and took the time to thoroughly explain how the various types of coverage are applied and how they would pertain to our particular situation. He also advised me on specifics with MI Secretary of State (DMV) as I was headed there to switch over my license and register our vehicles. I walked out of his office relieved as I know that our family is comprehensively covered and protected should something go wrong. And on top of that I made a new friend.

Mike Spinale has provided all options on Auto & home insurance and saved $$$ for me. When I went in to see Mike, I had no idea what to do about filing a claim. He helped me get the reimbursement on my car. Mike is easy to talk to and funny! The whole time I was there I laughed, never felt rushed, and generally had a good time doing a tedious task! Then, when I needed insurance for my new car Mike was able to help me THAT DAY!
