Having a local insurance agency with some of the most customer oriented personnel is the primary reason I have Allstate Insurance. The personnel at the Shirl Crowe agency have repeatedly and 100% successfully taken care of every insurance related problem, claim and issue that I have encountered. Even if I could save a few pennies elsewhere I would not leave because I would always worry that when I really needed help, it would not be there like it has been with the Shirl Crow insurance agency.
