I give my strongest recommendation for Joel Laird and his staff. Over the past two months, I had to call on his office regularly to assist me in processing a claim and also to collect the payout on my vehicle. Though there were some complications not caused by them, Kelly was patient, helpful and responsive throughout this experience. Joel has been incredibly helpful and professional in every interaction. Located in a convenient thoroughfare in Murfreesboro, Joel Laird and his staff will take care of all your insurance needs, and in a friendly professional way that makes them truly outstanding.
