The overall experience was quite satisfactory. I was in a car accident at the end of June and the case finally ended 9 months later. From my understanding this time frame was actually considered early. My case manager was Jeff Wong and he was very easy to work it. I gave him all the paperwork, bills, statement, etc and the whole process was painless and automatic. He was very caring in terms of my physical health and made sure I knew all the possible treatments that I can get so the injuries won’t haunt me down the road. The minor complain that I have was the infrequent updates. I had to take the pro-active role to check on the status of my case. I know he’s a busy guy and handles many cases but I do wish to know ASAP when my checks come in. Nonetheless, the service provided was good and the settlement that they got me was fair. I did however almost got shorted of my reimbursements. They probably overlooked it but they did make the adjustments. With all that said, I would definitely recommend my family and friends to get in touch if they were ever involved in a car accident.
