I was leaving my office and going through a green light, when out of no where a vehicle collided with me, and T-Boned me. Police were called by bystanders and they immediately said it was my fault. It was completely not, and the police sided with the guy that hit me. I was cited three different tickets ... about 3 points each and about a thousand dollars. I needed a great attorney that could prove in court ... that I was not guilty. My mother helped me out by interviewing a couple candidates. She called three people, and we decided to go with Seth because he had the most positive reviews, and he gave the best consultation. I was not let down. Seth explained everything to me, and helped me through the court process. We met with the Judge and the police officer who cited me. Seth was extremely prepared and helpful. I was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. This was amazing for me, and It saved me thousands of dollars down the road. I was also able to file a lawsuit against the person who hit me since he was at fault and he injured me during the accident. I would highly recommend Seth Okin as the best attorney in town. My family member searched for an attorney who had a good amount of experience with drug offenses, and we came across Seth Okin. I was really concerned about the allegations that I was facing, but after speaking with Seth during my first consultation I felt much better. He layed everything on the table for me, and told me what we could do to fight the case. I searched at other options, but Seth had the best personality and seemed willing to be always available for me. After I signed on with Seth, the communication with good, and much better than I expected. He kept me up to date with the case, and always answered my questions in a timely manner. We went to Court and Seth pre-negotiated some deals with the prosecutor, it really prepared me for what I needed to know at court. At first I really liked how fast Seth got back to me. It was on a Saturday when I found Seth’s firm on the web. His client management team called me back immediately and transferred me directly to Seth. It was pretty amazing how they got me to him immediately.. and on the holidays. I was feeling a little bad at that point because I took time away from his family, but I really appreciated that he cared that much without even knowing me. I hired Seth, and he represented me for Failure to Stay at an accident scene with some property damage. It was a bogus charge, and Seth agreed. Seth fought very hard for me in court. Basically Seth set up a great case, and when we went into court the government tried to get me to take a plea bargain, but said said “NO”. Seth defended me extremely well and proved in Trial that the case has no merit, and my charges were thrown out in court. He would not plea bargain at all, and I liked that. My name is Ulugbek Kurambayev. I have been charged with theft under 1000 and dealer report violation. First charge was for the iphone which I have not stole. Second charge was based on first charge. It is the first time I ever dealt with this kind of situation in my life. I live in Southern Maryland and did not want hire someone local. I found Price Benowitz from a Google search about my charge. I called into the office and spoke to one of the Client Managers, Noel. Mr. Okin gave me a call 15 minutes later, and we were able to discuss my case initially. The charges against me were baseless, and he called me back later that night to give me further details and more information. Seth had more information about my case than my Public Defender did, despite not having ever met me in person. I hired Seth months in advance of my next court date, and he was able to obtain me a highly favorable result. Mr. Okin knew the prosecuting attorney, which really helped to work out a resolution for my case. We went to three different hearings at court and Seth was well prepared for all of them. I would absolutely hire Seth again should I ever need his services. Even after everything was finished, Seth will still respond to my questions about the terms of my deal with the state immediately. My charges will be completely gone as long as I take court-mandated classes.
