Our account manager (Nancy Defina) and insurance counselor (Bill Reagle) at CNR Insurance always make sure that we get the best insurance at the most competitive rates. They take the time to thoroughly explain our options and help us to navigate our way through what is an often confusing environment. During a time when we were inadvertently not receiving our insurance premium notices and one of our policies lapsed as a result of non-payment, Bill Reagle was instrumental in getting the policy back on target and in force with no negative repercussions. We have worked with them for many years and would highly recommend their services (and have!) to any business, large or small. We appreciate their commitment to excellence.
