Absolutely awful business practice. I have been lied to and stolen from by these people for the past 2 years, starting with ROB GARDNER who is some kind of "manager." I was skeptical to do business with them so he assured me I would be spending half on credit card processing from what I was spending with my previous processessor. He even wrote up a breakdown by hand and sent to me that turned out to be a complete lie. Once processing with them, month after month I was charged an obscene amount of EXTRA fees that were stated in my contract that I would not have to pay. Each month I called to question these fees. Every time I was told someone was out to lunch and I would receive a call back once they returned which of course never happened. Once I did get in touch with the correct individual, I was told it would take 90 days to receive a refund of the amount I was incorrectly charged. Once or twice it was returned, the other 10 times or so it was not. Eventually when fed up with having to thumb through every statement to find the amount that was being stolen, I made a change and brought on a new processor. Once they discovered I was no longer processing with them, they called to change my mind but would not give me a price for cancellation. A few months later they deducted $895 dollars from my account. Again I called to find out why. Janet Thompson informed me it was part of my cancellation fee but again could not inform me of how much I would be paying in total for cancellation. Instead she has continued to use the excuse that "her computer is running slow" and cannot get the details to me. I have continuously been treated like a fool while being stolen from for over 2 years. This is a completely fraudulent company. Please be safe and stay away from this corrupt business practice unless you have the time and energy to fight them in court.

This company stole thousands of dollars from my company. They say that they are all about the small business relationship but when it comes down to it all the sales people and the "customer service" care about is their commission. The sales people are very pushy, when you say no they tell you that its a mistake to say no. I hate that I every worked with this company, such a waste of time. They are terrible- do yourself a favor and stay away- far away.

Beware--salesman gets you signed up...then no longer works there ,Hidden items in contract. I have wasted more hours trying to settle our completed contract. They keep taking money out of our checking account after notifying them of end of contract. Finally pay to have my bank refuse their doing ACH drafts. Never return phone calls, when the person I need to speak to is always at a meeting and will call me back. Go elsewhere people

With the issue that we as a small business had they both were informative, conscientious, and time efficient with what we needed done. Terrible Business practices. Sales Reps tell you one thing and then another is in the contract. They conveniently "did not receive" our cancellation request and are now charging an annual fee that we were completely unaware of. Stay away from them, they are swindlers.

Crooks. Dont sign anything. They stole thousands from me. Their rates are good for the first month, then they raise the rate. You are stuck with the lease for four years and they dont let you return the equipment. They took $6000 for no service.
