We opened our first business in 2004 then our second business in 2006 both of which were placed under the care of the Henry Murray Agency for our insurance needs. We were offered expert advise as to what we needed to protect the businesses and our clients. In all the years of doing business, Henry Murray Agency has never let us down. Their agents were always proactive, up to date on the industry and changes within, and always responsive to our questions and needs. A special thanks goes out to Ms. Angie Mercanti who was our agent. Her level of service cannot be compared to anyone else. We highly recommend Henry Murray Agency for your insurance needs. Ask for Angie to be your rep and you will never have to concern yourself with the day to day details of business insurance!!

She alerted us to our renewal needs, provided quotes, and walked us through the electronic documentation signing that was incredibly convenient. Very much appreciated how quick and easy the entire process was on our end. And that in spite of Laura having to remind me a few times to respond, she remained cheerful. With such busy lives, it is fantastic to have someone watching out for our insurance needs.

I was looking to find a cheaper home and auto policy. But face it that takes a lot of time and research. I picked this agency based on good reviews and i was not let down. I called and was put in touch with Laura and it was smooth sailing from there. She did the leg work and suggested some possible changes but never did i feel obligated. In other words no high pressure sales tactics. I have now made a switch to this agency and glad i did.
