I was just sworn at and called ignorant by a man named Michael when I was trying to get very simple information as to why the Boston website said I owe an amount much greater than what Kelly & Ryan says I owe. I was very calm on the phone and very clearly asked if they could tell me why this was happening because I do not want the city to think that I owe them more money and cause bigger issues. I was met with many rude comments in addition to the answer to my question which was "i dont know to make me f***ing crazy". Bad on me for forgetting to pay my bill but im asking a very simple question and if you dont have the answer you dont have to be rude, you can just say you dont know. When I asked for his name he would only give me his first name and so I asked to speak with a supervisor and he transferred me to his voicemail. The supervisors voicemail also only stated a last name.

I tried to pay my excise tax bill online and every time I did it kept saying there was no bill over and over so I thought I had paid it already. I got a letter in the mail months later from Kelley & Ryan so I called to try to straighten it out and got the most downright rude rep named George who was curt, told me he was in charge and was seemingly unwilling to help. This guy below saying that this place is a real definition of people who hate their job was not kidding. Must be an incredibly toxic environment to work in because even the supposed general manager was just as rude as everyone else there. As George said, they "are not customer service reps" so I guess that gives them the right to treat everyone that calls them like a piece of gum stuck to their shoe.

Kelley Ryan Associates is located in the State of Massachusetts. They are a collection agency for the Massachusetts RMV Registry of Motor Vehicles. They are breaking the law. Massachusetts State Law prohibitsa any business/consumer/collection agency etc. from collecting any % of any amount being paid. This place is charging a 3.2% fee for collecting past due/delinquent fines, excise taxes etc. They aare breaking the law and they need to stop.

Person who picked up the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He talks over you while you are trying to explain things. Will not let you finish a sentence. NEVER AGAIN will I call these people. I will hire someone to do it for me. The aggravation these people cause is not worth my health

Their website feels like I took a journey back through time to 1996. When you submit a payment it takes forever for the payment to actually register. Pretty crappy. Invest in your site you cheap bastards.
