Commission for Upsell = Recipe for ripoffs. I gave in to their incessant calls for a $60 maintenance call. I have 2 units, When they came out they tried to upsell me for a second UV light for $1750 on the 8-year old unit they also said was a piece of garbage (which they put in). After I rejected that, the other unit they did maintenance on stopped working, a 6 year-old Rheem. Person # 2 comes out and says it was working. It was not. Humberto then comes out and tells me that maybe I need a new control panel on the condenser. I got a new company. They found a loose wire and the bill was $65. The coils was never cleaned so I am not sure what they did for the $60 maintenance. These guys are ripoff artists. One guy admitted the repair guys get commissions to upsell. This company should be investigated. Beware of any "maintenance" plan. UPDATE- they did not deny what happened through the Better Business Bureau, claimed they would refund the money BUT NEVER GAVE THE REFUND!!

very dedicated, steady, hard-working technicians to install new unit. Ricardo R. Aguera #374 and Eusebio R. Martinez #400 were pleasant and respectful. (I only wish their English was a bit better- we managed to communicate. And they are trying to learn, and understand more than they can speak -and certainly more than I know Spanish). They cleaned up, and explained different causes for delays. It was a nice experience. (I had been expecting Humberto who did my maintenance last week, but he had a fever and could not work today- he too was pleasant and a hard worker.) My unit was 20 years old and they transferred UV lights X3, and had to work in a very cramped space inside. Thank you, Rick and Robert

These guys are fast, effective and honest. Did I say HONEST? yeap! They have been proactive and responsive and a contract with S.E. is the best way to keep your unit running in great condition without a hot night... Just had a mishap, and one of their technicians, Ricardo Agüera came over. He fixed a pesky, intermittent problem and got my unit in better that new shape within an hour. No tricks, no extra costs. By the way, the came in in about 2 hours after my 7 am call. In a town where service falters, and many want to rip you off, I must say, these guys are a breed apart!!! Highly recommended!

We have been clients of Service Experts for many years. Which has included complete A/C unit installation, services and maintenance and on occasions emergency breakdowns. We have always been fully satisfied with the service. Among other techs, Humberto Tech no. 344 have been to our house two or three times. He exceptionally well mannered and knowledgeable, providing explanation what the he has diagnosed and what it takes to fix it and the cost. Always providing good suggestion. We have bought maintenance plus on his suggestion.

When we arrived late last night, it was 80 degrees inside! We were fortunate to find them by searching Google. The young lady that answered the call was very sympathetic and immediately gave us name of the technician that would be calling. Received a call within 15 minutes from Mr. Li. Less than one hour later he was at our door. Very impressed with Mr. Li, knowledgeable and very professional. Was able to fix our problem in less than two hours....thank you! I searched online for a AC company just for a tune up This is the only one that I found, they were prompt, on answering and setting up the appointment, showed up on time and quickly did the work, Hunberto Lopez tech #344. told me about furture options. Update 10/2017. They are so unprofessional, their tech came to the property and gave me an estimate 1 week later but not until I called the company to complain about it, when I requested another tech and made an appointment nobody showed up, they charge $99 for a tech to come out, I think that’s how they make their money cause apparently they don’t want to work

The service technician Li #109 was superb! The people who installed our ac promised they will come, and never showed up. But Mr Li not only showed up when promised, but figured out right away what the problem was and now we have AC again! Very hard working guy, our family is thankful. Highly recommend!
