I noticed that I had a leak from my roof and planned to find a roofer to put on a new roof but got distracted. Then serendipitously Power representatives came door to door. They were very professional and we had a representative come and give us an estimate. He too was very professional but after his detailed inspection, he explained to us that our house was very old (circa 1925) and that the original roof was made of cedar shakes and was very expensive to remove, and that it and the several layers added on above it all needed to be removed. We concluded that his estimate was just too expensive for a house in a neighborhood where most homes are knocked down when sold and replaced with McMansions . A few weeks later Power contacted us with a special offer and we felt that the estimate justified replacing the roof as I could very well be in this home for another 10 or more years. They give a 50 year warranty which is transferable to the next owner. In any event, we signed the deal - they provide no interest financing - and then they scheduled installation for May 2. The installers showed up on time and worked the entire day and then the next day. They too, particularly the foreman, were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves and everything seems good. The crew genuinely seemed to want to do an excellent job, not just get the job done. They returned to continue the work on May 3 and they will finish up tomorrow May 4. I am absolutely satisfied with the entire process and all of the Power representatives I have met or spoken to on the phone. A pleasure and I recommend highly.

Beware of the pushy salesman. The products & service seem very nice, but the sales tactics and the price were way too much. Our sales guy spent 4 hours in our house. Even though we told him we would never sign on the spot, over 30 times we said ‘no’. He could have easily written up a quote, showed us the siding & windows and been done in an hour… he spent over 3 hours trying to convince us to sign that night. Siding a 2,500 square foot house/garage plus 9 windows was priced at $51,000… that’s after a 10% off discount. The catch was another 5K off if we signed tonight… I’m sorry but you should never be forced into signing a contract for that much money on the spot. We’ve had many contractors in our house for various quotes over the past few years, and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER been pressured more in my life. It was uncomfortable towards the end of the night, saying ‘no’ for what seemed like the hundredth time. I really would have given this company a chance if he wasn’t so pushy, and he didn’t exaggerate his loan estimates (51k for 70 months at 28% interest or sign tonight for 45k for 70 months at 9%). I can only get a lower interest if I signed tonight? Really… my bank could do better next week. I was also told my 2 year old gutters would need to be replaced (for another 5k) since you can’t reattach gutters once you take them down. There’s really no excuse for lies like these.

We recently had our roof done by Power. We did some shopping around for a new roof and found Power to be the best around. I can honestly say that the prices are generally higher than the competition, HOWEVER you certainly get what you pay for. This company was very thorough and informative. The customer service is unbelievable. From the Carlos, the man who made our appointment, to Chris our sales representative, to Chris our pre-inspection consultant, to Brian, our project manager, and finally, Andrew, our quality assurance manager, we felt comfortable and informed each step of the way. There was always someone making checking in to insure a quality job was being done. The quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the workers was outstanding. The workers arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. We were also impressed by the warranty behind the product. As new homeowners, it is important to us to make a worthwhile investment in our home. We certainly found that working with Power Home Remodeling was worth paying a little extra. It is without reservation that I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

I am a skeptic when it comes to companies promoting home improvements and I am usually proven right. However, Power Home Remodeling is the exception to the rule. I could not have been more impressed, both with the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service that we received. We were provided with an exceptional sales presentation with substantive information about the product. Power then sent a representative to measure all the windows properly and calculate all facets of the installation. The installation was performed a few weeks later by a professional team that arrived promptly and took great measures to attend to every detail carefully. Quality control managers arrived periodically to make sure everything was proceeding satisfactorily. All this at a competitive and reasonable price. This company has figured out how to offer an outstanding product and deliver it in a professional manner while taking the interest of the homeowner mind. I highly recommend Power Remodeling.

Horrible customer service. Called Thursday, 6/12/15 to confirm an appointment but they hung up on me. Called 4 times on 6/12/15, two before 9 AM to confirm. Inquired if it was possible to to move the appointment earlier on the 2nd call, which the dealer assumed that it was canceled, which I stated in the phone call that it was not and he hung up before verifying. Called a 3rd time 1 hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment (in which no one showed up cause it was canceled without us knowing) and the lady on the other line just hung up on me when i was trying to explain my situation. Horrible customer service and misunderstandings that could of easily been avoided if they did not hang up prematurely. Will never recommend them to anyone and would tell everyone in my network not to work with this company. Its a shame, cause the first operator I talked to last week was very polite, patience,and a pleasure to talk with.

We just had 10 windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling Group. We had a very positive experience all the way from beginning to end. In this day and age where people are only looking to make a buck, this company really spends the time to make you feel confident. From the inital salesman to the final Quality Control rep, they spent a considerable amount of time educating us about their company and answering our many questions and concerns. We were a little hesitant at first since we had never heard of the company, and we have an old house whose repairs had gone poorly or not quite as expected before. After doing some research and now after the new windows, we would highly recommend Power to anyone. The installer was early, competent, clean and especially careful with our wood trim. We were so impressed that we ordered their eShield product for our attic along with more windows!

Power Home Remodeling replaced windows in my house. From start to finish, these guys were knowledgeable, courteous and professional from the sales person, pre-install person to the installation crew and on-site project manager. One thing that I found really unique about this group is these people are excited about the product they work with and they are excited about what they do. I have had a couple of things installed (such as a new dishwasher) and every time, the installation crew come in with their somber faces, do their job and leave. But this crew was entirely different. There was a lot of smiling, happy faces, greetings, courteous requests and they even greeted my neighbors as they passed by. All in all, I was happy with the whole process and I look forward to work with them again in a year or two replace my basement windows.

The sales guy Jeremiah was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to address all my questions and concerns. He really sold us and we were convinced we knew we had to go with Power for our windows. When the crew came to install they arrived on time. We knew what to expect from start to finish. Danny the installer was very professional and showed us everything we needed to know about the operations of our new windows. The whole crew was professional and cleaned up everything along the way. Dan came later to go over everything to inspect the project and make sure we were satisfied. I am very happy we chose Power and have no worries because of the great warranty that they offer. Thank you Power for making my home the best in the neighborhood. Happy and satisfied customer. Will defiantly recommend to others!!!

Absolutely love this company, their windows, their service AND their amazing staffs! Michelle and her manager Jesse had been very helpful during the process. They have full knowledge of their products. They understand our needs and work with us together to find the best solution. Peter came to do the window measurement on Sat to accommodate our schedule. And I really like their window installers, Aldafo and Walter. They are very professional. I asked a lot of questions. They took their time and explained to me in details. In addition to that, their works are phenomenal. Their manager Kenny came to my house during the installation to check the work and he also called us after the installation to follow up if we satisfied with their works. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and families.

Yesterday we had a Power Rep. ring our door bell his name was Dan and he noticed that our roof was in need of repair . He explained to us that they where in the area and offered us a free no obligation estimate . We invited him in to explain more about it what a fine young polite man he was so we agreed to an estimate that very same day . 2pm was our appointment and @ 2pm two young men from Power where at our door Salvatore Pesce and Corey . Salvatore put us at ease as he explained why his company product and installation would be superior to any roofing company out there he and Corey climbed on our roof took pictures to show us where our major problems where and explained how they would be remedied. So we signed up and we shall see ? To be continued Sincerely Mr. & Mrs. R. Difrietus

My husband and I are very pleased with the work done by Power. The salesman Phillip was very professional and took the time to explain multiple options to us. We were so impressed that we had our roof and gutters done along with our entire top floor windows getting replaced (7 windows and a bay window). The workers did a wonderful job. Brian the project manager was great in coming to the house to check on the work. Andrew the Quality Assurance Manager was extremely professional and helpful. He spent time talking with me about the questions I had for future remolding and was so great that we are now replacing our side door and window in the garage. Again, my husband and I are so pleased with Power that we would continue to use them and have no problem recommending them to family/friends.

Power Home Remodeling has been a great resources for my new house. Having visited me after my recent house purchase, I was sorely in need a of new windows to replace drafty and old windows. Once we were introduced to their windows, we knew we had to get started replacing them with the PHRG models. We just had the installation completed on time and the exact date they promised. The experience with HRG was wonderful, from beginning to end. Everyone all the way through was professional and polite and had a great disposition. The product speaks for itself. They installed four windows and let me tell you, phenomenal product. The window was as described from their presentation. When installing the windows, they used plastic covers on everything. They covered all my furniture and floors. I feel they left my house cleaner than we had it. They Windows were a little more costly than your average windows, but they say you get what you pay for. I feel the price was fair for the quality of their product. We will be using them for the rest of all of our Windows and after that we will use them for our roof.
