Had no clue what to look for or expect when I first entered the store, but all the staff was extremely helpful to guide me in choosing my selection. My order was slightly later than what I was anticipating, but despite that, I was able to easily communicate with the store & installer regarding my order status. The actual installation process with very fast and effective, even taking the time to discuss how to properly operate with window with me. I was very satisfied with the entire transaction overall and would highly recommend to friends and family :)

would put 0 stars if i could worst customer service ever, in 6 months color has change don blinds which apparently is not covered in the lifetime guarantee and they are garbage. The installer took them back and scuffed them even more... then we had to go pick them up from the store and bring them back because apparently cosmetic is not in the guarantee... Then why did the installer take them? do yourself a favor, save the money and get from somewhre else... this company backs the product 0%

Our experience at the Levittown store was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We picked out our products, a real personal came to our home the next day and measured our windows, a week later the products were professionally installed. As a home owner when things good smoothly and comfortably, that is a win, win, win situation. We love the products and they look so good in our home. Thank you Blinds to Go!

Went to order blinds. Too many consultants were handling my order and they deducted more than expected from the measurements. Now the blinds are ill fit. When questioned I had to talk to so many different people about my situation. Finally I am talking to a person that did not even take my order now nor is he helping me with the issue. I am not going back there again.

I just got 10 blinds installed today. They look great! My experience from beginning to end was fabulous. Of course their reliability and longevity are still unknown but I am hopeful that they will function beautifully and look beautiful in the years to come.
