I usually never make reviews. Looking into making changes to home, and auto insurance. Called Strawn Insurance, and spoke with such a nice lady Brenda Mitchell . I had alot of concerns, and questions. Brenda was so patient with all my questions I had, and explained everything to me. It was refreshing to call a insurance company, and not get a computer quote. Then to have Brenda be nice, and made me feel comfortable about my interest in the changes needed concerning my insurance policies . I had alot of questions, and she was just Awesome. Definitely going rate Strawn, and Brenda Mitchell 5stars.

I have used Strawn & Co. Insurance for many years. We have our homeowners & auto with them. Brenda Mitchell is my contact with this company. I check with her every year during my renewal and she always has the time to make sure we are getting the best possible rates and answers all my questions. Also any changes that we have, is done very quickly no playing phone tag and having to leave message after message like I experience with other insurance companies. Whenever someone has insurance needs I always refer them to Strawn & Co. Ins. and have them ask for Brenda Mitchell.

I am very happy with the service my husband and I received at Strawn Insurance. We contact Strawn a year ago to get a quote for new car insurance. We were wanting something cheaper. At that time we were not able to get anything different because my husband had too many claims. Strawn contacted us a week ago on their own to see if they may be able help us now. They were able to cut our bill in half!!! My husband was also able to get full coverage on his truck instead of just liability.

I enjoy the special attention that Mrs S. Brubaker gives me when i ask for something. She responds back in a very fast time with any information concerning my COI.
