I contacted the Gillman group based on ratings from this site; after working with Tim Gaffney, I am not very pleased with the company. When I met him initially, I thought their company was a great fit. I followed up with him the very next day about receiving quotes for our company; I should have been alerted right then and there when he told me he was out of the office meeting clients. I gave him the benefit of the doubt reaching out two additional times. He relayed to me that he was only interested in quoting one aspect of my business, the one he would receive the most commission on, and neglected to provide quotes for any other coverage. I do not recommend working with this company, what happened to customer service?

Working with Deborah Stancel at Gillman Insurance Group was a great experience. This was my first time purchasing insurance for my new photography business...so I had lots and lots of questions. Deborah was patient and answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner.
