Whether I send an e-mail or call on the phone with a request, the response is promptly taken care of. If Don is unavailable, his office staff are wonderful. Don has been in the insurance business a long time and, as such, is very knowledgeable about his work. I could not ask for a better insurance agent for our company.

Their on-site contractors do not give any feed back during their review and we only see concerns after-the-fact in a report. It comes across as rather impersonal.
