The person dealing with our quotes was not professional at all. She did not call I was told she would. I had to call her the next day. During the conversation, she kept telling me about how my husband went through the whole process of changing our insurance carrier just for me to call and confirm that we want to keep the original one. I did not realize that it was such an inconvenience for her to do her job that she had to keep bringing it up to me during the conversation when I did not even bring it up. I was ready to leave Amsely all together after that. I am a teacher. That is like me complaining to parents of my students for me having to grade papers. It is part of the job. Why make me feel bad about it?
