Raymond is the best agent ever. He is very knowledgeable, diligent, kind, friendly, and supportive. I was with another popular insurance company that for the same coverage, was charging me over $1,200.00 more. Raymond informed me that he could beat that, and he has done just that. He is patient, very thorough and detailed. His kindness and customer service skills are impeccable. Not once did I feel pressured. . He called and emailed me with all of my information that I needed to get my policy started. Thanks again Raymond. You deserve five fold stars . I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is looking for great insurance coverages with courtesy.

Geico is a joke. Ill be taking my business elsewhere, as should you and never talk to them again. Ill pay more just to get some customer service. They gave me a notice that they were going to cancel my home insurance 4 days before the cancellation notice at 9pm at night. The next day said they would give me a one week extension because they sent the notice to the wrong adress, i called to get the extension and now they said they cant give me a extension on cancelation, only a 7 day grace period in which they will consider reinstating my policy. Ive been with geico for several years, im dissapointed in the lack of customer service ive recieved.

I am a college graduate who called this agency and was treated like a criminal!! I spoke with a representative name Hanna. She informed me that she needed a commitment from me before giving me a quote. She then told me that I could commit to her by giving her my banking information. She told me that she was not wasting her time with me unless I give her my banking info!

Geico insurance is corrupt. They do not care at all about the person being hit by their distracted drivers. They may save by not covering damage done to my car. But they are corrupt and I will put the word out so everyone knows.
