I came to this A-Max insurance company and experienced amazing costumer service. They helped me to understand car insurance in a way i didnt grasp before. They found the perfect coverage and plan for me. I definitely recommend them if you only have a permit, no license and or are a colland/high school student. Ana was my server and knew exactly how to break down what i was getting into when getting insurance as well as provide great service. I cant wait to make my next months payment.

Claudia , is the rep I worked with. As soon as I arrived at the office, she ask if she could assist me. I was there less than 2 minutes, and took care me. I appreciate the fast and prompt service. I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY !! From Kevin at the A-max location on Centerville in Garland. He found me the best rate for full coverage on all 3 of my vehicles. He was very friendly and fast but most of all REALLY HELPFUL....AWESOME AWESOME...THANK YOU SO MUCH KEVIN!!!!

Worst A-max ever!!! I hate that I even started insurance at this location. Everytime I have to make any changes to my policy, it bugs me to know I have to come here... I would rather go to the one on Plano or elsewhere. Just hate this location.

Same issue as everyone else. They are too busy to handle you especially if you call on the phone. Either they should hire more people or train them better. Either way they get less than a star but this is the worst I can give them

Extremely rude and condesending attitude of woman that "helped" us. Didnt understand our questions and was very insulting, dont know if on purpose or whether she was autistic. Go elsewhere for insurance policies.
