Poor customer service. 15+ wait time on two separate phone calls. Operators not able to help with inquiry for basic information; supervisor and other department who may have to be consulted to obtain the information I need were not available. Email not replied to. No offer to RETURN MY CALL when supervisor and other department were unavailable.

Best credit union I have had. Everyone is always friendly and they offer so many different services. I also love how involved in the community they are. I have attended a few of their classes and really enjoy the information they offer.

Very pleased to be a member. This is a much better credit union customer service wise than Aurora Federal. Instant debit card is a really nice feature also.

Long wait to see a banker about opening new account... Was surprised that they do not offer complimentary coffee... Busy location with not enough employees

One star too many! Tellers and managment are very rude, fees are ridiculous, ATMs are always out of service. Would never recommend to anybody.
