PATHETIC SERVICE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU TO 7 DIFF PEOPLE FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION. I CALLED THE DANA DR BRANCH IN REDDING TO ASK FOR A PAY OFF QUOTE, A PAYMENT HAD NOT POSTED YET AND I WANTED AN ACCURATE FIGURE. THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO LAFONDA WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO RICHARD WHO THEN TRANSFERRED ME TO HABIEB WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO SADAM WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO AN ASSISTING SUPERVISOR WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER SUPERVISOR WHO I TOLD TO F-K OFF BECAUSE HE WAS TRANSFERRING ME TO ANOTHER PERSON WHO WOULD TRY TO ASSIST ME. I GUESS NOBODY IS CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB OR THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO HELP. IF YOU WANT A BUNCH OF CIRCLE JERKING IDIOTS HANDLING YOUR FINANCES THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF NOT TRY ANOTHER BANK BECAUSE THIS PLACE WILL TRANSFER YOU TO PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH INCOMPETENCE. WHAT A JOKE. NEVER EVER WILL I DO ANY BUSINESS WITH CHASE EVER. OK now it day two, never got my question answered but it posted last night, now Ill call and ask for the payoff process and see if they transfer me again.

No issues other than watch your account closely when opening with promotional $100 or $200 bonus... It took several months of working with representatives on the phone to get the first credit applied. My fault for bringing in new funds to get the additional credit they offered.. It has been four months and still no sign of the credit they promote. Guessing this goes un-noticed by most customers so they just never apply it until the issues is pressed. That is the only compliant I have, but it really is crappy that Chase is cheating so many good customers out of what they earned by bringing their new business to Cahse.

I really enjoy doing my banking here. Customer service is amazing! They told me to call them at anytime if I had an questions related to money or banking. They do an incredible job at making you feel important and making you feel at home.
