One of the tallest building in Pittsburgh, this one is distinguished by what looks to be a large chimney on top. Rumor has it that this chimney looking thing was only added so that it would be taller than other nearby buildings.

pathetic service. average hold time is over a half hour just to get basic medical benefits over the phone.

The food court is nice if you are downtown and a pnc is on site with atms inside and outside.
