POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I arrived at 6:10 PM to get two forms notarized. I checked in with the older lady at the front desk. She took my AAA card and entered me into the computer -- asked me questions about the forms that were to be notarized; and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. After one hour of sitting in the waiting room, and the old lady watching me, walking past me a million times, I was told by a travel agent that I was sitting on the WRONG SIDE of the room!!!! The notaries were on the other side. This was now 7:10 PM and the office closed at 7:00 PM! Five of the notaries just left the building. Luckily, there was a few left and one of the notaries helped me; it took all of 10 minutes! I think the old lady in front needs to retire! She is stupid!!!

one of the staff there (working for state licence plate) is very rude. she looked very malignant when she received us, had plenty of attitude and appeared like we owed her for going to see her. if i had a choice of going to another AAA office, i would go there instead. very busy on saturdays, expect waiting for awhile.

A 20 minute phone wait for help was shown to be a product of short staffing. When I arrived for my transaction it was another 20 minute wait for my turn: all in mid week mid afternoon. The help I received for a title transfer & registration was great. The agent was knowledgeable , efficient & friendly.

they have phone issues, they dont have a VM, they never answer the phone idont know why they are always so understaffed, stop sending out those vacation guides every month if you cant answer your phones for Christs sake!
