I have used D&G several times over the last 20 years, they installed the furnace in my home--great job! Curt has come out the last 3 times and was always quick, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and patient with my questions. I have never had any issue with D&G. I tried Family Heating and Cooling one time and never used them again because they did not do a comprehensive job when they were here. The did a fast in and out on a furnace cleaning and was nothing compared to what D&G does. I saw 2 reviews that rated D&G at a "1" which was totally off base. I recommend D&G for all of your heating and cooling needs.

They are cheaters, liars! They broke my air conditioner and did not know how to fix it. They promised to fix their mistakes soon but never got back my home again. They charged me money but one day later they told me they can’t fix the issue. They wouldn’t help you again once they got money from you. I am too naive so I gave them more trust than they deserved. I am extremely disappointed by the way they dealt with the customer. Money is their only friend. They don’t care about their customer at all. DO NOT GO TO THEM, they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional!!!

EXCELLENT service!! After a disastrous furnace experience with a company recommended by DTE Home Warranty, I called D & G Heating and Cooling to correct everything. The staff is so friendly! They came out immediately to work on the problems. Curt is so courteous and professional and made sure that my furnace was working perfectly now! D & G will be the company I call from now on and wished I had called them in the beginning! Thank you again and again!

I highly recommend D&G heating and cooling, they did a great job installing my new high efficiency furnace and water heater.They arrived on time, worked through lunch, had the heat, and water heater working and everything cleaned up all by 5:00 pm. The technician (Dan) was on time he was courteous and professional, he answered all our questions, and made sure everything was working before he left. Very Knowledgeable! I would use them again!

Air conditioning went out and it was fixed quickly and the Technician was friendly and did a nice job. A week later another small problem turned up and after a call to Ben in service I was able to take care of the problem myself and I could not be happier with the Service from D & G. They stocked a furnace transformer I needed early on a Saturday morning and sold it directly to me. Even gave me new connectors to go with it and a tip for installation. Treated with respect and courtesy unlike some other places. I could not be happier with this small shop. Thanks guys.
