Crew arrived on time and started work as agreed.Took 2 days to complete repairing and covering wood trim with aluminum covered PVC. Was expecting 3 days to complete. I and 2 of my sons who are in the home building/repairing industry, gave their work a close inspection when they finished. We discovered that cutting and placing the aluminum over the wood trim was exact without excessive overhang or bending. It was easy to see the experience of the the workers that went into the work by the quality of the work.I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company in the future. You will get quality work for sure.

Did a good job on the roof but shingles, wood, and nails were everywhere. We spent a couple hours after they left cleaning up what they missed and they never came back to pick up the nails. The roof looks good. The gutter/window guy is great. He does a very good job. Update: The gutter was great until it starting coming off the house. I asked them to fix and test the structural integrity of all gutters and fix leaks. They put the gutter back on the house then left without looking at the rest of the gutters or fixing leaks. Called the company and waiting to hear back.

They came out to give me an estimate on a repair but did NOT go onto my roof to inspect and did NOT even bring a ladder onto my porch to see where roof was leaking onto enclosed porch but had the nerve to say the best option was to replace the entire porch roof! I would be a little more inclined to listen to their advise if they actually did a proper inspection rather then stand in my neighbors yard and zoom in on my roof with a video camera! I will be calling another company to come out and do a proper inspection and will not recommend them to anyone else!

The price was good, The men were very polite. the communication with the workers could have been better. the first day they were there 1/2 day and didnt return. second day a little longer. third day I found out from new kid, the someone didnt pick up the garbage at previous place and that is what they were doing. 4th and 5th day was good. Showed up on saturday as job still wasnt done. and rushed. I called a few weeks later as they didnt come back with a replacement part. I am now on the schedule.

I could not believe they could take out 9 windows & install 9 windows in one day!! Not only that but they installed crown molding at the top of front windows to set it off!! They look great along with the new soffit they installed around the whole house! I highly recommend them! Unfortunately I was away for 2 1/2 months, when I returned my gutters all leak at seams, I have called for them to lool at them but have not heard back from them, 1 month ago. Not sure about their back up warranty.

I contracted with Premier for the second time at my new house in Virginia Beach to have the trim wrapped in an effort to reduce maintenance requirements. I cannot express how pleased I am with the quality of the work performed. Premier replaced the windows at my previous house in Chesapeake in 2010 and they look new to this day. Angie was our saleslady for both transactions and I am very happy with the work they performed. Thank you!

My new roof looks awesome! Everyone was very professional, the job was finished earlier than planned, and everything was cleaned up. The product was delivered as promised and we are extremely happy. The price is a little high, but the quality is worth it. They were out w/in a few weeks to start and they finished on the same day. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Premier Roofing and Siding did a wonderful job that exceeded my expectation. If your going to get your siding done then go for the best. They uncovered hidden problems under my old siding causing heat and air loss and fixed the issues.
