BEWARE. .... I sincerely regret signing a contract with Biogard Pest Control. They came out to my house and left statements on work that was not done. Spider webs all around the windows, doors and they never went into my crawl space as advertised. Each time when I inquired about my crawl space, I was told the next technician would do it which was a lie. I spoke with Biogard mangement about this and numerous emails asking to cancel my service due to poor service and still seeing the bugs inside and outside of my house and the management kept making up excuses and promised it would be better, but it only got worst. Do yourself a favor go with another company or do it yourself. This will save you a $300 cancellation fee. No one should have to sign a contract with a company especially when they have not fulfilled their obligations to satisfy your customers. This is truly a lesson learned..

Do not waste your money. No thorough inspection or consultation of property prior to first visit. Bugs returned quickly, I did not complain at that time. Had two more 83 dollar treatments that took 5 minutes each for the tech to perform. This home was a rental and we moved, called to inform Bioguard and they stated we were under a two year contract and would have to buyout the remaining services. Who signs a two year contract for pest control in a rental home ? No contract has been produced and we have been told for 90 dollars we can buyout the contract to discontinue service. Are you kidding me Bioguard, your a pest control company and a dime a dozen. I suggest you interview several local pest control companies before choosing. Your product is not any better than other pest control we have used.

We bought the service 2 years ago, completed the TEN required services, several of which were unannounced. Then they show up without calling and charged for a service that we thought we were done with. We called and spoke with the manager it turns out when you sign a contract with this business you are NEVER done unless you send a request in writing to say TERMINATE my services. The remainder of the phone conversation with the owner who has "30 years experience" did not go so well. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and will get some resolution to get our 75.00 back.

We just started a bi-monthly service with BioGuard and are extremely satisfied with the first treatment. What a difference - we were being inundated with spiders and midges on the outside of the house. They came, they sprayed and we are clean so far! Conager was great with customer satisfaction - came back the second day to make sure we were satisfied with the treatment. Michael - was the technician that did the initial spraying - and he did a fantastic job! We highly recommend BioGuard for your pest control service provider!

I have been with BioGuard for 2 years and absolutely love their service. I get treatments every 3 months and if I ever need them to come back in between treatments, they always do it FOR FREE!! The guys that come to my home are always courteous and respectful and they listen to me when I tell them what my concerns are. I have recommended BioGuard to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. My original contract ended months ago and I’ve kept their services because they’re just that good.

I would post zero stars if I could. A young man rang my door bell, I ignored it, he then pounded on the door. I answered. He said his sales line. I said I am not interested, and started to close the door he said do you treat yourself, again i said I am not interested. I started to close the door, and with a loud voice he said " are you sure"? I said yes, and closed the door. He kept talking through the door. My mistake for answering. I hope this company reads these reviews...

I wish I could give this company 100 stars!!!! I have been with this company for about a year, and everytime I call the office I have the pleasure of speaking with Adrienne and she is always very courteous and helps me with pest issues!!" She even scheduled the technician to come to my house for free......multiple times!!!! They technicians are always kind and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem. RIP OFF ALERT. They lie at your door to get you to sign their contract. Then their product does not work. Their technician never showed up when they were supposed to. I call to cancel and they inform me that i have to pay a large cancellation fee and they never apologized about their customer service or their product. They scam people out of their money. DO NOT USE. I filed with BBB. Dont know why they are still in business.

I have my house treated quarterly by Jason and he is great! He calls ahead of time to set up the appointment and arrives when he says. He is professional and does and excellent job. I switched to BioGuard from another pest control company and I am glad I did! They have been great from the beginning always treating my house in the and providing the services they say they will provide. Customer service is excellent as well!

Above Par Customer Service... These guys are absolutely wonderful! Every bug guy that has been to my home has been pleasant, thorough, and professional. Even the office staff is courteous. I’ve had a few recurring pest issues and whenever I call to let them know, they are quick to send someone out. You will not get this level of customer service with any other company! Very unprofessional company, they do not follow through with agreements. Very rude and arrogant office staff. The positive reviews here, are by employees and owners. Interesting that the Better Business Bureau rating was an F. Dish One satellite(D1 sales) owns Bioguard Pest control, both are Utah based door to door sales accumulation schemes.

STAY CLEAR of this company. Products they use attract more bugs. Never ending contract with no guarantee of work. Requires a ridiculous cancellation letter to be put in 30 days ahead of time along with a $50 ETF. All their business is door to door. Anyone online can see their poor reviews, poor bbb rating, poor angies list rating.
