If you are even thinking about getting any work done through this company, run away while you can. This was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I wish I would have done more research before making a decision to go with Unique Home Solutions. The sales people make it sound like you are getting such a great deal, when all they are doing is ripping you off. Unfortunately I didn’t know what costs of bathrooms should be. They charged me $20,000 for a jet tub and a shower! They took all these “discounts” off and made it sound like a once in a lifetime deal. They tricked me into getting a $2400 floor that I didn’t want and it does not match the bathroom. The contractors weren’t the greatest. They showed up late and left early every day, left a mess behind, left the doors open (I have dogs and cats), they disappeared several times. The sales person said that the contractors were skilled and trained in each area of expertise, which is a lie. They did a mediocre job at best. They needed to come back out multiple times to fix things that they did wrong. I am not happy with this experience. Unique Home Solutions said they will do whatever they can to make us happy, but that did not happen. I ultimately wanted a discount, but they would not give me one.

My husband and I highly recommend Unique Home Solutions. We had our gutters replaced and they look, and most importanly FUNCTION wonderfully. The members of the Unique Home Solutions team that we had contact with were friendly, extremely professional and provided superior customer service. As a consumer making a large investment in my home, I wanted a company that could help me understand their brand. I wanted to be able to trust in the product I was purchasing and Dave provided information that did just that. He presented the information and was not at all overbearing or pushy. He actually brought a sample gutter system so we could see, in person, what it was we were planning on investing in.Dave walked us through financing options which was not at all a complicated process for us. They guarantee their products and because of everything I mentioned, for any future home projects we will be using Unique Home Solutions. Unique Home Solutions seems to really care about their employees, image, products, and most importantly their customers.

From start to finish we were very satisfied. The salesman, Paul, was not pushy at all. He was very professional and was concerned about what we needed and wanted along with what we could afford. The person that came out and measured, another Paul, was also very professional. He not only measured but asked questions (our house was built in 1920). These were still the original windows. The installers, Kendal and Tony were terrific also. They called to let us know when they were on the way and kept us up to date as to what was happening. Kendal and Tony were very good and respectful of our time and belongings. They were here when they said they would be, competed their work, showed us how the windows worked and cleaned up. Other than having these beautiful windows you would never know they were here. I would definitely recommend these windows and Unique Solutions for anyone who is in need of windows or any of their other services.

UNIQUE HOME SOLUTIONS (review) Unique Home Solutions came to our home and were very knowledgeable about our window that needed replacement. They took their time answering our questions & explaining whatever we needed to know. The installation was very professional also. The installers came, kept everything very clean & neat and did such a great job I found (nothing, not 1 spec of dirt) after they left. They kept everything super clean and removed any debris and old window. Before long they were done. They stopped by to check their work after and to see if I was happy. Paul the salesman was very nice and informative. The installers Lou and Steve were very professional and extremely likable. Steve was actually quite humorous. Everything was done according to the time line given. I would have given it 5 stars but, first appointment was lost and installment day was rescheduled to the following day due to misunderstanding of scheduling. All in all would highly recommend due to superior product. And also reviews on line were the highest I have seen. Very personable and cleaned up as they went along. My bathroom is great and one coworker told me it looked like something off HGTV!

I had a new tub and shower unit installed, plus a bathroom sink and countertop. The salesman, Paul, was very nice, not a hard-sell at all, explained everything that would be done, and went through all of my choices in detail. He spent so much time, and never made me feel rushed. The installers were very professional, prompt, clean, quiet and thorough. The end result is just beautiful! Exceeds my expectations, and I expected a lot! I am going to call Unique for my kitchen when I am ready for that. I wish they had been here (in Ohio) when I got my windows and doors!

Unique Home Solutions installed two windows for me a couple of months ago, when it was extremely cold outside. The triple pane windows insulated the room so well that I was able to turn the thermostat down! I was delighted with the service personnel. We had a back sliding glass door installed. They did a great job with the install, clean-up, follow-up. I particularly like that this is an employee owned company. All the employees really care about the company and its reputation. There was a minor problem with the door (not the install) and the install team promptly came out to review and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Unique for your home projects.

IN JANUARY 2016, I HAD TWO NEW ENTRY DOORS INSTALLED ON MY HOME. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE DOORS (MADE IN USA) AND THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY IS EMPLOYEE OWNED. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY ANXIOUS TO MEET MY EVERY CONCERN AND HE DID. I AM VERY FUSSY AND EXPECT TOP NOTCH QUALITY. THIS COMPANY WILL SATISFY YOU WITH A GREAT PRODUCT AND THE CLEANUP IS GREAT. The issue has been resolved. They were on time, did good work, and cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend them..
